GoogleLook no further for an Estate Agent. The service provided by this agency is nothing less than exemplary. Mr John McIntosh personally handles all aspects of the sale extremely competently and ensures the process is as smooth as possible. Their fees are very competitive. If you find other cheaper marketing agents in the area that look too good to be true - they probably are!

FacebookWe chose Falkirk Homes on the advice of a friend and we were not disappointed. Easy to deal with, communication is easy and they are available day or night to answer messages. The quality of the photography and the time John takes to get them just right is second to none. Our house had an offer 18 hours later. Would definitely recommend

FacebookWe recently sold our home through Falkirk Homes within 4 days of it going on the market and we received an excellent price, well above our expectations. Amanda and John provide an excellent service and are always available to contact. I would highly recommend Falkirk Homes to anyone selling their property, as the prices they charge are absolute value for money.

FacebookThe entire service was top notch. Very friendly but very professional and communication was great. We sold our home for an excellent price the 1st weekend that it was on the market and we bought our next home through them too. We'd thoroughly recommend you to everyone, thanks.

GoogleVery disappointed, pressure put on for the buyer, no interest once they were confident they had a buyer, nothing for them to loose as they were getting their set fee!!
The house in question was amazing and I was dealing with offers well into the night. At 9pm I received an offer from a first time buyer (No chain) which was well over Mairi's offer. It should be noted that Mairi's house was not on the market and my client was looking for a quick sale. I was instructed by the owner that they were accepting the higher offer with no chain and they wanted closure there and then. I tried to call Mairi 6 times... (I have the phone records to prove) to inform her that due to her house not being on the market my client was going with the higher offer who had nothing to sell. Getting outbid on a house can be very disappointing. I'm unsure what else we could have done in this situation. It was the owners call. At Falkirk Homes we pride ourselves on our service provided. No other agent would have worked until after 9pm to close on this property. It was sold in 12 hours for thousands over the Home Report value.

FacebookI would highly recommend Falkirk Homes to anyone needing an estate agent. They sold our home in 8 days οΏ½. The photos they took of the house were fantastic. It was so refreshing not to be charged huge fees and commission from the usual EAs. John & Chris are both lovely guys and an absolute pleasure to deal with.

GoogleExcellent service from start to finish! Chris couldn't have done more to be reassuring before, during and after sale of my home! My property was marketed beautifully with the use of an artistically out together slide show and sold the first weekend it was on the market. foyr days from first contact to going live on Right Move.

FacebookForget other estate agents. Falkirk Homes is surely the best and the only choice you can make. Amanda and John are passionate, supportive and very professional. FacebookHaving purchased through Falkirk Homes we liked how they market their properties, with plenty high quality photos and an excellent social media presence.
