We had spoken to a few other agents, one in particular was pressurising us into putting our house on the market even though we were still unsure of things. Once Amanda had come out to meet us we felt much more at ease, extremely professional and reassuring. Their modern approach was exactly what we were looking for and any concerns we had were quickly addressed. Tareena took amazing pictures for listing our house which really showed the best qualities of our home and helped us get a lot of interest. Can't thank Falkirk Homes enough for helping us sell our home to allow us to move onto our next chapter in a new place. Would highly recommend and want to wish them all the best.

I had a verbal offer within 24 hours of it going on Facebook and a written offer the following day! 1 viewing, 48 hours and sold, for a price well above the home report value. Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Very happy customer!

FacebookJohn & Amanda at Falkirk Homes have been excellent and even sold our house twice with the 1st being impacted by COVID. Real stressful time made easier by them both. If you need your house sold then you would be an idiot not to arrange Falkirk Homes to handle the selling of it for you; - #1 in area - they are a good laugh - they have a strong social media presence - passionate and knowledgable about selling, really passionate- they have fixed costs, none of this 1% commission nonsense- they are the lowest fixed cost around - always available 24/7 - their moral compass is aligned to ‘sound level’ and not like these other toerag estate agents wearing suits they have ironed to a shine They break the mould as with Falkirk Homes, you pay less but get more! No brainer! Don’t be a Karen - Go With Falkirk Homes

Both John and Amanda care about their clients as much, if not more, than they care about their sales, yet they are gifted at the latter. Truly, I can say that if you searched the whole world over you would not find an estate agent the equal of Amanda Donnelly, nor a firm that goes so much further and beyond in client care.

FacebookWe opted to sell our property via Falkirk Homes as I’m a massive believer in supporting local businesses & I wasn’t prepared to pay ridiculous estate agent fees. John & Amanda are very passionate about what they do, they’re on hand to answer any questions (no matter how big or small) They understand that selling a home is a daunting process, it’s not something we do everyday!Hats off to you both working all the hours under the sun (these guys are definitely not your 9-5 estate agent) your hard work and efforts haven’t gone unnoticed!
