They sent the most incompetent person with two legs to do a survey, what a disaster he was, I would never use them again, next time I will call Mickey mouse, at least he has two brain cells and does not make up untruths to cover up his incompetence

The surveyor arrived on time. He introduced himself and explained exactly what he needed to do. The questions he asked were concise and relevant to the property. He completed the survey quickly but thoroughly. In my experience the surveyor represented DM Hall in a pleasant and professional manner. I would be happy to recommend them to friends and family.

Was a bit disappointed I had to prove I had properly insulated the house, if I was selling you wouldn't have given a true valuation until I produced proof although you couldn't prove it wasn't properly insulated, just seems a bit unfair

The gentleman was very professional, explained the process and answered the questions we had. The report was taken over a bank holiday weekend and he advised that it may take an extra day or so to get it but when the situation changed at our end, he was flexible and got the report to us quicker. Would highly recommend

He explained anything I asked him. The draft report was received the day after. Amazing service from the Perth Office. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Easy to contact, very helpful ,& clear about costs. We had 2 surveys do e, initially a RICS survey in October followed by home report in Jan. Surveyor Kirsten did both & was professional, turning up on time & then phoning to discuss the survey results. Would use again

Gordon carried out our survey last week. He was incredibly friendly whilst also very professional. He sent a draft report over so quickly which we really appreciated. We also had a couple of questions after the survey and he got back to us on those so promptly! Definitely a 5 star service.

Your surveyor(Gary) was precise, detailed, and extremely observant and thorough. I consider his appraisal to be fair and accurate. His complete survey of all elements of an EPC were covered .. His on site dialogue was informative and extremely helpful in helping to plan future works that will help to improve the property.
