GoogleAfter selecting a series of estate agents to value the property I am so glad I went with Fine & Country. It was long period before I decided to sell and they simply left me alone; other estate agents pestered me every two weeks, whereas others failed to respond to my queries. The property sold for far more than expected thanks to their professionalism, reputation and ability to sieve 'unwanted' attention. Everyone was extremely supportive, courteous and a joy to work with. Sophie in particular has restored my faith in a business that has an extremely tarnished reputation. I whole-heartedly recommend F&C Fakenham to anyone selling property in Norfolk.

GoogleVery difficult to get hold of while trying to show interest in a property with themselves and when I did finally get through I was made feel like my offer was just not important to them. The buying a house process is very important to customers even if its not for the staff because they deal with it every day. I was then told an offer I was going to give was "excessive" exact words from the member of staff and later we were out bid buy another buyer because there offer was "quite a bit higher" if the staff had kept their opinions to themselves I may well have got the house I was after. I am aware of the cottage that you had made an offer on, it had an incredible amount of interest and there were 5 different bidders. Our job is to find our client the best buyer in the best possible position. In this particular scenario our client opted for the individual that they believed would conclude the transaction the quickest, it was not just a financial decision. It is currently an extraordinary market and, sadly situations like this are common however, we specialize and sell many properties similar so hopefully my team will be on the phone soon with something even better. GoogleFine and Country through Sophie and Philippa managed to rescue a disastrous situation, where I had let the (then) potential purchaser rent the property until he was ready to complete. I cleared everything out and then on the date of next month's rent - they cleared out! F & C had it back on sale, immediate interest and offer in by the Friday. Now all set to complete in late June! From despair to fulfilment - a bumpy ride, but handled slickly, efficiently, with good grace and manner. She chased up every potential purchaser and always kept us informed of proceedings. Their vendor/purchaser coordinator was also extremely efficient and spoke often with the other agents and solicitors in order to keep the sale moving forward. I would highly recommend them as agents. GoogleSophie really had her work cut out acting for us, our first sale fell through as our purchaser's mortgage offer was withdrawn, and within a week she had found another purchaser and at the last minute the second purchaser's purchaser withdrew and within a week (again!) she had found a third purchaser which actually went through, with a lot of pushing and chasing on her behalf, a treasure!!!
Possibly one of the most challenging sales! We got there with good communication and tenacity Thank you Liz for choosing F&C!
