GoogleWell wow....so my husband and I had been looking for a house for a while. Tried quite a few estate agents. Property finders. Right Mov . You name it, we tried it. We were moving up to Norfolk from London so only really had weekends to work with. We met Sophie first, from Fakenham branch. She is clearly very astute. She read us, I now believe, very accurately just from that first viewing. We were honest about what we liked and didn't like about that property. Then as months and viewings passed, I'd insist that I saw things which she'd rightly say wasn't for us. Darren, covered equally as much ground. With both of them they always made us feel real and comfortable. Not putting on airs and graces. I think, unlike some agents who ultimately wasted out time showing us so many properties in the vaguest hope that one fitted, Sophie and Darren maybe showed us barely a handful. but then one came across their desks which they instantly knew had to be ours. How right they were. Perfect fit. Subsequently we've bought a buy to let, and Darren has gone above and beyond with managing it. Not only giving constant advice on what would suit us, where to buy, and so on, but how to maintain the property, who to contact to help maintain it. Fine and Country are a first class company who don't drown you in property details. Instead they get to know you and your needs. And select the properties perfect for that. For managing rentals, they look after your tenant, having found you one that's reliable and will love your rental the way you love your home. They'll then make sure your tenant has all the support they need in maintaining your home, as well as keeping you informed every step of the way, yet equally not drowning you in details.
