GoogleThe initial valuation proved to be correct and despite a number of set backs with our initial purchase we managed to finally complete. The fact that we were able to achieve this was down to Sophie and her team. We have nothing but admiration for the way they kept at it to ensure that nothing got missed. Always a nice friendly attitude and matter when dealing with problems and difficulties. Sophie has gone beyond the realms of duty right from the very beginning, I honestly don't know how she does it - spinning so many plates. Communication throughout has been exemplary, with every party being kept in the loop on a pretty much daily basis. I had an extremely challenging buyer who was constantly difficult to pin down yet Sophie always updated me every step of the way and liaised with both sets of solicitors.
