Great service

We have just completed a sale and purchase and are currently going through another sale. We have had to go through a difficult process with two sets of buyers dropping out at the last minute as we were attempting to hold on to the purchase of the house that we desperately wanted. Throughout the process the Just team have been unfailingly friendly, patient, reassuring and generally extremely helpful. They have always kept us up to date and been readily available to discuss progress. We would happily use them in future and recommend their service to others.

From the moment Charles came round at our first meeting we knew we were in good hands. We had 26 viewings, all appointments booked with us in good time and constant contact and feedback. The team were responsive to emails and communicated well.The only reason I have not scored 5 stars is that the lease length was inaccurate on the property information, which was a vital piece of info when making our offer. Our estate agent required this from our leasehold property before it was advertised for sale online. I suggest Just Property do the same in the future, to ensure potential buyers have accurate information before making offers and decisions on a purchase.

Just wonderful..

I couldn't recommend just property enough. Living far away from the house while selling it was not ideal. However, the property was on market, with excellent photos swiftly. They worked perfectly with my tenant for the initial stages and then whilst the house was empty I felt confident they were keeping an eye on it, for me. Communication throughout the sale meant I knew when a viewing was, who was viewing it, their position to buy but also their feedback after viewing it. Amazingly, this excellent service didn't stop as soon as an offer was accepted-as seems to be the norm with other agents. They worked over and above what would be expected, to ensure the sale went through- who knew that faxes still existed and that they could cause so much hassle ;)

Helpful, friendly and informative at every step

I bought a property through Just Property which has now completed and can't do anything but praise them. Right from the get go they were comparably more relaxed during the viewing, where other estate agents I had seemed to just want to tell me about other properties they're selling and make more viewings, Just Property actually allowed me to spend time with just the property I was viewing without being pushy. Very informative and made me actually want to buy the property I came to see.Then when I made the decision to purchass, they were always very quick to respond. I prefer using email as I work long, busy shifts and I found that they always responded to emails within an hour or two. They helped me secure the sale at a good price for myself and the seller and immediately took listings off.During the conveyencing process, my solicitors were a nightmare, very hard to get hold of, very slow, I appreciate that it was a busy period for moving house but they were very frustrating. Fortunately, Ben from Just Property helped push forward the process, always giving me frequent updates and advice. Always answering queries I had almost immediately by email and easy to talk to on the phone too.Overall my experience moving house has been made a lot smoother thanks to the team at Just Property and I would highly recommend them!
