TrustpilotJust property are the best!
Just property are the best estate agents I have come across in the area. After having had a nightmare with another well known Hastings estate agents. I would highly recommend their upmost professional service. The gift box on completion was a lovely surprise. And has come in rather handy, whilst I have not had my furniture, this box has been used as a seat and step for decorating. Once again thanks for everything.
Thank you for the review Camilla, we are glad the box has come in handy!!!

TrustpilotTruly Excellent Service!
Just Property offered us a fantastic service throughout the whole process of buying our house in Hastings. It took us time to find the right house but Liam guided and supported us throughout the whole process. He kept constant and clear communication with us and he was very supportive. Just Property has a fantastic bespoke approach and I would definitely recommend them.

TrustpilotJust Property - Just Brilliant.
Just Property have successfully helped me through a difficult house sale! They were excellent at communication - and problem sorting. Colin or Issey always answered every call and query I had within a day which was so reassuring. They were thorough and efficient and didn't let me down once. From the initial home visit to the day I went in to thank them - 6months later - they were professional, kind and polite, which really is what I need from an estate agent - plus they worked damned hard for that money! Thank you so much. Abby Riddihough-Ross

I've been so impressed with Just Property. In a difficult market they found me wonderful buyers within a month and then gave me fantastic service all the way along. Everyone in the office is so pleasant to deal with and so efficient. I particularly appreciated Issey's prompt and helpful replies to emails, and she kept me updated with regular phone calls. Definitely worth the 5 stars!

TrustpilotExcellent service from Just Property Hastings
Kyle at Just Property Hastings branch dealt with my house purchase - he was excellent from the start. Communication was very good, and he always got back to me promptly. He was the chief negotiator and I felt that he was fair and transparent. He led the transaction to a successful conclusion. I'm very happy with the service I received from the Just Property team and would highly recommend them.

TrustpilotExcellent company
Just Property were excellent when I recently bought my flat in Hastings. Tom was always so helpful and friendly and gave me much more information and replied much more quickly to my questions than my solicitor! I would highly recommend them.

TrustpilotA Great Local Estate Agent
We bought our house through Just Property and found them to be professional, helpful, friendly and knowledgeable local estate agents. They remained actively involved after the sale was agreed and kept us informed about issues and delays that were encountered during the process, liaising with other agents and lawyers to move things forward. Although we have no plans to sell at present, if we did, we would definitely use Just Property.
Thank you for the review :)

TrustpilotVery happy!
Good advice during the valuation and sign up. Good quality photos and description involving vendor at all times. Agent could not accompany the viewing which would have been preferred but on this occasion it went well. In my opinion the key to a successful sale is a realistic asking price and preparing the property for photos and viewings. Take agents advice and make the effort. First impression is vital and most people have done their homework online before they view. Regular communication to vendor during the conveyancing process. Overall a good experience. Fully recommend.

TrustpilotGreat staff & great communication
All of the staff at the Bexhill branch were excellent. Right from the start when I met David I knew this was the right agent to go with. Throughout the sale there was fantastic & prompt communication from either Siobhan or Ashley, keeping me fully in the loop at all times. Really good estate agency, I would highly recommend using Just Property. A big thanks to the Bexhill team.

TrustpilotOutstanding. A professional and personalised service.
It was pleasure working with JP. The team did much to alleviate stress, avert problems, keep communications flowing and progress the sale. Austin has an intuitive approach which means presentation of property is individualistic not formulaic. His photographic presentation was outstanding. He is engaging on a personal level, but also transparent and straightforward when it comes to the detail. This characterises the rest of the team whose evident pleasure in being responsive to the individual is combined with professionalism.

TrustpilotGreat Service - the go to Estate Agent
We sold our property in Hastings with Just Property, they offered a great service! At all times throughout the process the team were professional and personable. Their expertise helped push through our sale smoothly from start to finish. Just Property are a real asset to Hastings and the surrounding areas - their ability to skilfully negotiate is evident and the teams knowledge of the local building stock is really helpful. We highly recommend Just Property as the go to Estate Agent.

TrustpilotGreat service and friendly staff!
Can not fault the service we had, from start to finish they were amazing. Kept us updated constantly with viewings and feedback which made us feel more at ease and most importantly they seemed to genuinely want to help us. Wasn’t the easiest of chains we were in but the JP team really worked hard to get over every obstacle. Will 100% be using them again in any future selling/purchases.
Thank you Danny :) we wish you all the best in your new home. Best wishes, Just Property.

Trustpilot12 months to complete but they were great throughout
Our contact with Just Property was helpful in buying a flat in a process that took 12 months (the sellers were the source of the delay).Much hand holding of the other party was required but this was done with sensitivity and, when needed, with some bluntness to get us across the finish line.Everyone was happy at the end of the very long process.
Iain, thank you for sharing your experience!

I can honestly say that Just property is without doubt a five star operation .
