We had not moved for many years and things change but Just Property were really helpful from the beginning, finding the right property for us to buy and keeping us in touch with the progress of the purchase procedures. Ashley at the Bexhill office went out of his way to liaise with our solicitor and keep everything going smoothly to completion. Excellent service!

TrustpilotJust Property are fantastic!
The guys at Just have been incredible - ensuring we sold our house at the right price and securing us our dream home. An amazing service throughout the whole process - great photos and description, realistic valuation and viewings lined up before the house was even online! We had two offers within a week! Ben Davey, in particular, did an outstanding job mediating between us and our buyer during a stressful 8 weeks of building surveys and price negotiations. We can't thank him and everyone at Just Property enough. Cassie, Aidan and baby Stanley
Dear Aidan, Cassie and baby Stanley - thank you for your fantastic words about our company, it has been our pleasure and we hope you settle into your new home well. Best wishes for the future, Just Property.

TrustpilotAbsolutely brilliant estate agents
Absolutely brilliant estate agents. Excellent communication and knowledge, very helpful team. We would especially like to thank and mention Collin, Paul, Larissa and Austin. Unlike a lot of estate agents we dealt with Just Property are trustworthy and will push hard to get a sale through as quickly as possible. Not only did they sell our property they helped us find our dream home in Icklesham. We thought the odds were stacked up against us and didn't think we would get it but Just Property went the extra mile and made it happen. We highly recommend this estate agents, we wouldn't use anyone else now.

TrustpilotJust Properties have been my agent now for four years
Just Properties have been my agent now for the last four years and have been most attentive with me their client and applicants for my properties. They offer a great service with up to date technology and a very professional personal service. I also love that they give the buyers a welcome hamper which is a very nice touch. As agents go Just properties have been the best I have dealt with in over 30 years of buying and selling properties.
Hello Jose, thank you for your comments. No doubt we'll see you soon. Kind regards, Just Property.

TrustpilotI was a bit nervous as a single woman …
I was a bit nervous as a single woman entering the property market, but the team at JP put me at my ease immediately with their knowledge of the local market, friendly yet professional approach and policy of honesty and no b***s**t!! I really appreciated the way they handled appointments and viewings... I didn't feel under pressure to buy, but nor did I feel that they were trying to 'push' certain properties on to me, in the way that some agents do. They know Hastings extremely well - can't think of any negatives. And they even gave me a bottle of water on a hot viewing day. A great example of an independent estate agent. Don't hesitate to use them!
Hello Jo, thank you for your kind words about Just Property. I'm sure our paths will cross again. Kind regards, Just Property.

TrustpilotDefinitely the most hard working estate…
Definitely the most hard working estate agents in Hastings. I bought through them, a lengthy process that took over 6 months due to a very difficult seller who kept trying to bypass the agents. However, they persevered and were professional, personable and persistent throughout. I have already recommended them to several friends selling and buying in the area and will continue to do so. The positive experience actually changed my perspective on estate agents for the better.
we are over the moon that you are happy with the service we have provided, we wish you all the best!

Although I have not sold or brought properties through "Just Property", as yet! I have met Austin on several occasions to value some of the properties I own. He has been extremely helpful and his knowledge and sense of humour is a welcome addition in the difficult business of buying and selling in today's housing market. I'm still very uncertain how I will manage my properties at the moment but, I would recommend "Just Property" to anyone. Archie Soan
Dear Archie, thank you for your lovely comments about Austin here at Just Property. No doubt he'll see you soon. Kind regards, Just Property.

TrustpilotTrue Professionals
If there were more than 5 stars to give, I would have given more. It is rare to find true professionalism in the world of property selling. Colin, Austin and the rest of the team in Hastings maintain a standard which is unrivalled. Their attention to detail and especially to their clients cannot be faulted. In terms of their service, they are light years ahead of their competition in this area. I have no hesitation in recommending Just Property.

TrustpilotThe best estate agents in Hastings!
Just Property are Just Brilliant! All their staff are knowledgeable, professional and friendly. We had a long, and at times fraught, house selling process but the staff at JP were always on hand to offer help and advice, or just some comfort and reassurance. They worked very hard to sell our house and their efforts and persistence have paid off. They fully deserve recognition for all that they have done for us.
