I found using Just Property reliable and a trustworthy agent as I needed their expertise of the area as I am living in London, when there were problems they dealt with them professionally and resolved any issues which I really appreciated considering the distance I lived from the property. They went that extra step to ensure any future buyers were fully aware of any issues and resolved them efficiently and most importantly kept me in the loop at all times making it easier to make that final decision.

I was fortunate enough to buy my house through Just Property who were brilliant then, and when it came to selling it later on down the line there was no question of using them again. Jim Philcox, in particular, was a true professional who was always at the end of the telephone to answer any queries or concerns. The company as a whole were always warm, friendly and reassuring. When buying or selling a property its really important to chose the right estate agents. We definitely did, JUST PROPERTY were absolutely fantastic all the way through. In a very challenging environment JUST PROPERTY stepped up and gave not just a 100% but probably 200%. We know for a fact that without JUST PROPERTY we would not be where we are today, and thats in our new home!, so a big thank you to them. If you live in East Sussex are and you are looking for an estate agent that gives a very personal professional service, then there is only one agent to use, JUST PROPERTY.

The team at Just Property couldn't do enough to help us find our new home. They took the time to show us property that they thought fitted our wants and needs rather than any old thing. They are with you 100% of the way. Nothing was too much trouble. Even when there were a few glitches with the chain and dates etc. They were on the phone and updating and chasing. Anyone looking to sell or buy, wouldn't go anywhere else.

Quite frankly I don't now why anyone goes anywhere else in Hastings. Just Property is by far the most professional outfit - and not only that but they care about their customers. Not only do they get a good price - but more importantly they care about the sales process and moving it along speedily with an extremely high level of communication - which at the stressful times really helps. Having expereinced a number of other Estate Agents in town I cant recommend Just Property higher they are beyond excellent and the team are a bunch of gorgeous lovely and rather fabulous people. You would be silly to choose anyone else to buy and or sell your home. They are not just Estate Agents by Estate Agents who do the job!

Excellent support to us as buyers. Worked hard to find suitable properties for us, they know their market really well. Once the sale was agreed they continued to support both us and our vendor through some potentially tricky negotiations. The great service continued throughout exchange of contract (with hoorays from them all on the phone) and they shared our delight on completion day too, welcoming us to our new house with a box of essentials and something to toast the purchase. Would highly recommend them all.

I didn’t end up buying through JP, but I wish I did!! The service they provided me when looking for my first property was at a different level compared to other agents!! They are efficient, replied to my emails quickly and are always able to help with questions I had. I can see how hard they work, as I walked past their office at 7 whilst they were having their morning meeting!!!!- CRAZY. Special mention too issey, who was always able to arrange a day of viewings at short notice :))
