We weren’t 100% sure what we were looking for but were helped massively by Kara; she was very understanding of things that we needed, locations we liked and of course our budget. She was easy to contact, always keen to respond to any questions, and made the experience seem much easier than I was anticipating. Although we never met in person Molly was always friendly and happy to help wherever possible. GoogleJust rented a property in Exeter through this agent. Process was simple and efficient. There were a few complexities regarding our situation however, Molly worked with us and was helpful throughout. We were abroad at the time but the agent kindly shared a walk through video of the property which allowed us to make an offer without having to travel to view the property.
