Great experience with Jasmine from viewing to moving in. Regular communication throughout the referencing period. The move in date didn't align with my pay day but Jasmine worked in the background to bring the rent date forward for me which is a massive relief as I like to pay all my Bill's when I get paid. I recommend Jasmine and Winkworth to anyone looking to buy or rent.

I have been with Winkworth managing agents for over ten years and I have always been satisfied. I particular, I have recently worked with Sammi at Winkworth Exeter on a tenant changeover which was quite complicated and required a lot of work and input from Sammi's side. We spoke frequently on the phone and were able to discuss and sort out the relevant issues in a sensible and cooperative way, finally achieving the required result within a tight timeframe. Without Sammi's committment to my case and her willingness to find flexible solutions I am sure this could not have been achieved. Emily from the Exeter office came to value our home. Emily was incredibly understanding when I had to move our appointment at last minute. On visiting our home Emily was prompt and professional, and seemed to have a great understanding of the market in our area. We recently started looking for a new place to rent on rightmove and we saw an advert from Winkworth, we put in our interest and booked for viewing which was quick. We met Miles at the property and he was kind enough to show us round the property. Communication with Winkworth was swift and I must say Sammi was so helpful. We had few delays with their referencing agent which kind of slowed down the process and the holidays too didn’t help matters but Sammi was still very much helpful, hence the 4 stars. Asides from their referencing agent the whole process was a bit stress free.

This is a 5 star review with a twist. My Wife & I had been searching for a property in Devon for quite some time, without success. We then noted a property for sale with the Exeter branch of Winkworth. A viewing appointment was made & we had the absolute pleasure of being met at the house by Emily Hall. Emily was a breath of fresh air, personable, helpful, insightful & professional. Her knowledge of the market & the locality was of great assistance to a couple unfamiliar with the area. During our conversation she said if we required any further assistance we were to call her. Alas, on reflection, the property we viewed was not for us & when we contacted Emily with our feedback, she acknowledged our reasons & reiterated her offer of help in the future. We called a couple of weeks later & somewhat cheekily, asked for her advice regards a village in which we hoped to view a property with a different agent. Was she true to her word? Oh yes, all that & more. So much so, that we hope to move into our new property in a matter of weeks. We’d like to take this opportunity to thank Emily personally, not just for her assistance but for being both engaging & true to her word. We’re only sorry, that at the time. we weren’t able to find a property through Winkworth Exeter. However, if anyone is looking to either sell, or purchase a property in the Exeter area. We would not hesitate to recommend Emily.

We have recently sold our house through Winkworth and I fully recommend them for anyone looking to put their house on the market. Emily has been there from valuation right through to completion, her communication has been so personable and efficient, it was like talking to a friend more than an estate agent! I chose Winkworth over another estate agent very much based on my gut feeling with Emily, she spent a good amount of time learning about us and our house before making her valuation and it really comes across how much she cares about her job and her clients. I wouldn't hesitate in using them in the future.
