GoogleI have been a tenant to Wilkinson Grant and Co for three months now I'm in a twelve month fixed term tenancy at present i wish to stay after the fixed term. I deal with Sonya and she is more than brilliant I never have privately rented through Wilkinson Grant and Co before I find them great and easy to communicate with having learning difficulties and Autism.

Our appartment has been under a fully managed service by WG and we have no complaints. WG have a good team who communicate accurately and frequently keeping us informed of any issues that arise and importantly offer solutions. Finding suitable tenants has proved a WG strength and as a consequence we have enjoyed trouble free letting. We have no intention of changing our agent and would recommend WG to prospective landlords.

Although they acted for the developers and not myself, they liaised with me and my lawyers by chasing up matters quickly and efficiently thus helping facilitate the purchase and with the utmost professionalism. An excellent and professional service. Well recommended given my recent experience.

Re furbishing and reletting the property has not been a nightmare but all has gone extremely well with the help of both Sonya and Hannah. GoogleOverall great help and friendly staff. I would recommend this estate agent in Exeter if you are planning to rent a property here. Compared to other agencies the properties are priced higher but the properties are in better condition and location. And you get a friendly staff. Professional.
