I was really pleased with the tenant…

I was really pleased with the tenant find service that l recently received from all the staff. In particular Nicky who was very friendly and helpful, always keeping me informed along with her colleagues. A suitable tenant for my property was found having listened to what l was looking for. I have used Vickery for many years and they have always been very helpful giving honest advice, even when a tenant has been found. I would highly recommend them.

Such a fantastic service

Such a fantastic service! Chris from the Frimley/Camberley offices has been amazing during our sale and purchase. Moving house is said to be one of the most stressful things you can do but Chris took all the stress away. Communication was excellent and no question too silly or task too big. He really went out of his way to help us with everything. We used the 'all in one' conveyancing service which was also excellent. Lorraine and Sarah were so helpful and responded to emails very quickly. Thank you so much, we would definitely use Vickery again.

Have found my perfect home thanks to Vickery

Sam Teague and the Vickery team in West End and Lightwater were very pleasant to deal with. They did their best to make my sale and purchase as smooth as possible. There was a slight confusion over the need for an indemnity insurance before I could sell. This was not actually required in the end! Also, I was not fully informed of an extra part of the chain at the top end until very late on. Fortunately, it did not negatively impact. Sam was happy to address any queries I had at every stage and did so swiftly and politely which i did appreciate. Many thanks! I have found my perfect home thanks to Vickery.

We have used Vickery Estate Agents as the Managing Agent for our rental property, which has become our pension fund, for over eight years. We are pretty exacting as, being our pension provider, we wish to maintain the property in top condition in order to attract the right tenants. Vickery will source reliable tenants, finance/credit checked according to recognised industry standards. As we are 'absent landlords' we very much rely on Vickery to advise us the condition of the property and when any work or maintenance requires to be undertaken and to confirm that it has been undertaken to a proper standard and including when any of the fixtures or fittings require updating or replacing. During our time with Vickery we have come to rely very much on Karen Howard and her team and have a very good relationship with them and they know what we expect and how we work with them and the property. As well as Karen of particular note also is Bridget Hutt who looks after the financials and James Dickson and Chris Mason who assist on any maintenance issues that may arise.

Excellent service and very supportive

Vickery West End provided an excellent service and were very supportive throughout selling our (old) house. When the original buyer dropped out of the sale Vickery were quick and efficient in getting new viewings in.We were mainly in contact with Charlie and he was easy to talk to and get in touch if we had any questions. They were very patient with us and always kept on top of it all.It was a rollarcoaster of a journey but we got there in the end.Thank you so much Charlie, Sam, Andrew, James and team at Vickery West End!

We first met Scott Molloy last summer when we purchased a piece of land with planning in Frimley. We contacted Vickery to get some comparable sales figures and were put in contact with Scott who advised us on recommended sales figures. During the last 5 months Richards continuous counsel, guidance and support is something to be honest I am unable to put into words. Richard will testify that this has probably been one of his most testing exchanges he has faced for multiple reasons. Every time we faced an obstacle Richards gravitas and calmness ensured the purchase of Mallam House, 19 Castle Road, Camberley went ahead. The deal had to be honest died a couple of times however Richards brilliance allowed us to reach exchange last week on the 8th March. Vickery's Farnborough helped me get on the property ladder

My mum and I were looking for properties in the Farnborough area that I could hopefully move into in order to make me closer to work. And also get me moved out of the house as I am 22. Having been to other estate agents in Farnborough, we felt a bit deflated as we thought our set budget could not get us as far as we thought. However, on the off chance, we came accross Vickery as we were leaving another estate agent, and decided to give them a try. Almost immediately, Dan and Richard made us feel very at home and found us a really great selection of properties to review. Not only did they find us a wonderful selection of properties to view immediately, but Dan even drove myself and my Mum to 4 different properties, which we both thought was a very considerate touch. The properties we viewed were of very high calibre, and conducted in an extremely professional manner. I dealt with one person, who showed from the outset that his single aim was to provide me with experienced, considered advice in order for me to sell my property. In Hasan's absence, others assisted, but he was the main person and I felt that he understood my needs. His initial strategy advice was sound. I followed that but when it was clear that we needed to alter tactics, he again provided sound advice. The move from a fixed price to 'offers in excess of' attracted plenty of interest. Hasan was knowledgeable concerning the local market, kept me informed with weekly update telephone calls, even when there was little to say and remained positive, understanding and on my side throughout.

They say moving house is one of the most stressful things you can ever do, and this proved to be our experience, having put our house on the market with Vickerys in West End in March 2017, it took seven stressful months and three buyers later to get to exchange and we had to finance the purchase of our new home separately from the sale or lose it due to the delays. Vickerys were very good at the start, very pro-active and kept us informed with their 'Thursday updates' but these petered out as time went on and the frequency of the communications deteriorated. More often than not, we had to contact them for an update which only added to the stress levels.To be honest, a lot of this was due to the buyers solicitor who (for reasons best known to himself) protracted the negotiations unnecessarily (the view taken by our legal team) and the buyer himself changing the rules days before we were due to exchange and adding months to the timescales in the process. Whenever we called Vickerys for an update during this time they were always polite, assuring us our buyers genuinely wanted to buy.In hindsight, I think the team at the West End office did the best they could to secure the sale under quite difficult circumstances and for that I thank them wholeheartedly.

Patience and Dogged Determination Wins The Day!

Vickery Estate Agents handled the sale of my property in Farnborough from August 2016 until January 2017, when it was successfully concluded after six months.But I first approached Vickery in the summer of 2015 for an initial valuation, on the recommendation of a friend, and on the understanding that the following sale would be some time coming.Adi Mudolkhar, who provided the initial valuation and directed the subsequent sale, demonstrated incredible determination and patience throughout what proved to be a lengthy, and, at times, fractious process. Fractious, because I am a demanding customer, was under pressure to conclude the sale, and had to contend with other parties in the transaction who otherwise were not as forthcoming as I had expected them to be at critical junctures of the sale process.From start to finish, Vickery -- and in particular Adi Mudolkhar -- were professsional, communicative and dogged in their pursuit to conclude the sale of my property to my satisfaction, despite some of my misgivings along the way.Anyone can stand in your corner when life is rosy: but you can only depend on those who will stand in your corner when the chips are down; I count Vickery among the latter.I have no hesitation in recommending Vickery as an estate agent, and Adi Mudolkhar in particular.
