Great service and support from start to finish.

We sold our property through Vickery in Lightwater. The meeting and valuation at the start was unpressured and relaxed with Stuart, the area manager coming across as very knowledgeable of the local area and the housing market in general. I compare this to other agents who came across as pushy or interested.The team marketed the property and continued to reassess the marketing options, giving their advice along the way. They also continued to generate interest and get bookings in as the weeks progressed, even when our enthusiasm was waiting. Now at the end of the process, we can rely on them for advice and guidance. Overall, we feel we made the right choice in choosing Vickery and would use their services again.Thanks to Stuart, Andrew and James at Vickers in Lightwater.

I have found the customer service and …

I have found the customer service and support from the staff who work at Vickery Estate Agent to be excellent, from the beginning of my sale through to completion (taking place in 3 days time). They have been amazing at communication throughout the last six months (in particular Stephen and Hasan), whilst I had been awaiting a lease extension, by providing a weekly update of the progress of my sale. I had lost two sales previously to this one, and had received such appalling service from the other estate agents I went through. That experience had made me nervous about looking for another home, so it has been refreshing to receive such brilliant service! I would thoroughly recommend Vickery Estate Agents to anyone looking for a new home. I can't thank the Team enough :-)

Frimley Team Alex, Allan (and Hasan)

Allan and Alex at the Frimley office (and Hasan now at Farnborough office) have been absolutely amazing for 6 months of torturous house sale. They have patiently and calmly dealt with my concerns, worries and nagging. They have endlessly chased buyers, solicitors, brokers and surveyors. They have done what I have asked, they have done more than I thought possible and all of it telling me "I'm just doing my job Sarah". They passionately work for their clients. They saved the day on our exchange day, saved the deal and saved my sanity. They continue to support their clients, even on their days off. Alex came and took new photos of our house (on my whim) on his day off!! He asked: Did I mind if he was not in a suit?! It was his day off!! Allan "held the fort" for one of the busiest weeks alone and courageous against the most obstructive of solicitors. They are all heroes. No-one would ever believe what we have gone through but it happened and the young men at Vickery guided us through it. On exchange day, we were "gazundered "(the offer dropped) and those 3 men took charge and got our original offer back on track. Alex rang me in December, he promised to sell our house and he did. His confidence never wavered. His knowledge and experience belies his years. Do not underestimate this man! Allan is equally strong and one to watch, as his calm yet determined approach persuaded the hardest nuts to crack in our favour. Hasan is warm and friendly but gritted with steel in his commitment to to his clients.good to have him on your side and we really needed him today! Thank you Vickery Team. Recommended Estate Agents!

I would definitely recommend Vickery Estate Agents to anybody, and we will certainly be using them in the future when selling our property and looking to buy again, Ieuan Denman was friendly and understanding from the start, and always kept us in the loop with what was going on (more so than our solicitors!). We never felt harassed as you can with many estate agents, just regularly updated as needed, and dealt with in an open and honest way, which we really appreciated. Many thanks for everything.

First Class Service

After a good experience selling my late father's house through Vickery, we went with them again in similar circumstances for my partner's father. Selling your greatest asset with Vickery

Selling your greatest asset is probably one of the most stressful situations to go through.We made sure we had done our market research and met some lovely people but my husband was impressed by Vickery selling properties within our area.We met Joshua Allen Client Manager who was friendly and very professional from the get go. We were introduced to the Director Richard Orme and the team who would be involved in looking after our prospective buyers. This in particular was a positive experience amongst the many we had selling with Vickery. Communication is a large part of Vickery's ethos, we were spoken to every week by Edward Whittaker who took care of all our queries very professionally and kept us in the loop all the way.

The employees of Vickery did a very credible job. Their fee is all-in, meaning that the conveyance is included. A very nice extra. However, maybe it is because they are somewhat overwhelmed by their workload I found the communication with their lawyers and me, and the buyers very much lacking. It was only after I complained in no uncertain terms that this improved. Especially Jayne then went out of her way to give a good service.

Scammers . Robbers.Avoid this people at any cost. They hide behind a company that does reference checks and literally steels your deposit money .With dozens of real estate companies in the market , avoid this !!!It's even worse when 24hrs later I am approved with the same document in another agency. I know exactly the sheme that this company uses to Rob the deposit of several tenants fo the same house.Algorithm? No....just an apprentice behind a computer with full acess to the tenants bank accounts!!!! Is this legal ???
