We had an excellent experience with Strutt and Parker, Perth office. They were consistently kind, considerate always responsive. All the staff at the Perth office, especially Hamish and Amy were genuinely invested in the sale of our house and we were extremely impressed with the service. This is the second time we have used Strutt and Parker with the sale of our houses and we do not hesitate to recommend them.

We bought a house from Strutt and Parker and from the start they were FAB! Amy was quick to respond to emails and phone calls and made the process easy. To top it all, she was always really positive, reassuring and cheerful. If I was selling my house again in the future, I would definitely look at using Strutt and Parker as my estate agent.

GoogleHelen was a huge help to us when we bought our new home. She is responsive and friendly, very approachable and helpful. The lady who showed us around the first time is also called Helen and also very helpful! The video of our home was on both our phones as a shortcut so we could have a look round whenever we wanted to, while we waited for the sale to go through. It's great quality and very thorough.

GoogleHelen and the team at Strutt & Parker in Exeter have just sold our Devon cottage for us and did a fantastic job from the initial meeting to the completion of the sale. Always professional throughout the process and communicating with all parties involved right up to and even beyond completion date. At no point during the process did I have to chase them as they were always being pro active , a rare quality these days I’m afraid. If your looking for an agent to market your house then I would certainly give them serious consideration.

Isabel Clifton was punctual for meetings, very professional, offered sound advice, yet was also receptive to our suggestions. She came prepared and well informed. She had researched the area and had knowledge of similar properties either recently sold or that were on the market. Her valuation and guide price were spot on. Marketing strategies were extensive and judging by the number of viewings were very successful. Likewise Isabel’s knowledge of potential buyers following the the range of sealed-bid offers, which led to a successful sale. GoogleWe have just completed on a property through Strutt and Parker, Exeter. I can honestly say they were excellent from start to finish. I would like to make a special mention to Helen De Burton and her team for making the process run smoothly. If we called, texted or emailed Helen she would always answer/ call back very quickly. She was very professional and helpful. We had to view the property several times to get advice from builders etc. Helen and colleagues were always very accomodating and we never felt rushed.

The process of placing our house on the market and the stress involved was very much mitigated by the utterly professional service we received. Nothing appeared to be too much trouble and the updates from James, Rosie, Andy and the team via a whatsapp group were enormously reassuring.

This relates to the rentals service in Cambridge. We rented a house from Strutt & Parker for more than three years. They were never quick to deal with repairs and other issues, however we had a direct relationship with the owner which made life easier. When we moved out at the end of June 2024, we got the full benefit of Strutt & Parker's contempt for tenants, stunning slowness and incompetence. It took them nearly four months -- until 28 October 2024 -- to return the deposit. There was a litany of lame excuses about the time needed for estimates for some minor repairs. The reality was that it just wasn't a priority, they didn't care and they couldn't even work out which photographs attached to the contract corresponded to which actual rooms. If you rent property in Cambridge, beware this lot. Or at least be ready to suffer.

Isabel Clifton came and looked around the property, she was punctual and very professional with a friendly attitude. Isabel had a good grasp of the market and how to market the property in a difficult housing market. Isabel and her team provided good helpful advice and had an excellent knowledge of marketing our property.
