A Very Personable Execellent Agent

I have been buying and selling property for the last thirty years and Will is just the most perfect person to be an estate agent. He has just the right amount of presence and confidence but completely understands the need to also be silent and allow the prospective buyer time to think. We engaged Strutt & Parker to sell our country house property in May 2023. This turned out to be a very difficult period for property sales. We felt S & P gave us every support during this time, with regular communication, realistic appraisals and an enduring interest. No nonsense approach

We engaged with Strutt and Parker Perth, because I liked Hamish’s no nonsense approach and his approachable style. Nothing has been too much trouble for Hamish or Amy. And they have made a difficult sale in a challenging market as stress free as they could. Whether it be show clients round, pick up keys, or give advice. The handholding when I was an overly anxious seller waiting for missives to conclude was second to none.
