GoogleThe best agents I have ever dealt with (and I have moved many times). Ed and Caroline sold our home and holiday complex. They were incredibly knowledgeable about commercial properties and helped us navigate a demanding and stressful sale with utmost professionalism (and a touch of counselling on the side). I can't recommend Stags more highly. I have never had such a proactive team looking after and progressing a sale. Thank you!

GoogleShocking service from Simon Cooper, he took 2 months to return an email , he then blamed covid ?? how long does it take to send an email, covid or not ?? I traveled to Dartington and purchased a property through another estate agency. Would not recommend Stags !!!NegativeQuality, Professionalism

GoogleHaving purchased our home through Stags (Exeter) 12 years ago, we had no hesitation in using them for our sale. In what has been a very busy and volatile market, they did an excellent job for us. Within two weeks, we had 11 viewings resulting in five offers, and we've sold for £50k above our initial asking price. Nick Smith and his colleagues were very professional and helpful. Throughout what proved to be a protracted conveyance, they kept us fully informed of progress and they contacted the buyer regularly to check progress. When we had urgent questions, we had no difficulty contacting the Stags team and we always got prompt responses.The marketing material - brochure and online - was of a high quality, as were the arrangements for conducting viewings in the challenging climate of Covid 19. GoogleInter-brexit themed relations and dismissive attitude towards a tenant paying upfront, with the expected caliber of support and dispute resolution with another tenant that hasn't been paying at all...The disdainful stance out of the Exeter office was thick and heavy both in person as well as over the phone. Tenants have equal amount of rights as they have obligations, ladies and gentlemen and you have obligations of your own when you reference and take someones business! Otherwise, the security one expects when turning to an agency instead of direct dealings with a landlord goes out the window. And then, what exactly is your justifiable function in exchange for the fees on the market? For any kind of tenancy that has respect, a home or open communication at heart, I couldn't possibly recommend this agency in any way. In (any)business and contractual engagement, meritocracy will always have its day. Be well!

GoogleStags sold my house for me and I must say the service was great. Melissa in particular was very good throughout the whole process. Her customer service was excellent, and the way she continually updated me on the situation, chasing up when it was required. I would use Stags again if I ever needed in the future and Melissa in particular is an asset to this company. Keep up the good work and the excellent customer service and communication.
