It was very nerve racking as we were relocating from Reading to Penryn but Sammy made the process so much easier and put me at ease. Excellent Viewing Experience

My viewing experience with Josh Shaw was excellent. I immediately felt welcomed and at ease, allowing me to ask genuine questions about the property, without feeling like I was taking up his time. For the most part, Josh knew the answers to my questions, but on the odd occasion that he did not have the answer, he left me confident that he would enquire on my behalf. Overall a really nice viewing experience and I left feeling very positive!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Dishonest and unprofessional from the very top. Directors are not trust worthy and even write their own reviews. Page down through the reviews to see a 5 star review by ADAM PIKE 8 reviews 4 years ago "The best Letting Agent's in the UK - Thoroughly recommended"! Adam Pike is the Company Director!!!!!! Their whole system is designed to have a high turn over of tenants. They will just ignore repair issues and lie to you and then blame you and try to take the deposit. To be fair, Lisa and her team didn't have to do much selling, as soon as my daughter saw the house she fell in love with it, despite the fact that it wasn't even for sale at the time. Once we'd established that it was on the market again they couldn't have been more responsive. The sale went through in record time, no thanks to our conveyancer, and in the final stages we found it was quicker to call Lisa and get her to contact the sellers' solicitor than to wait for answers from our own legal team. Josh (Peto) was excellent from start to finish. From the moment I stepped through the door of my viewing he was professional, friendly, attentive and well-informed. Josh was able to answer all of my questions and was very friendly throughout the whole viewing. Josh has also been great afterwards when keeping me informed on the next steps, what is required of me and everything else. Considering I have found house-hunting to be a super stressful experience, Josh has done a great job at making it as easy as possible!

A positive home inspection visit. From arranging a suitable day/time to actual attendance Nina has been polite, courteous and professional throughout. She has worked with us especially whilst we are working through some difficult personal circumstances. She has been considerate and empathetic throughout. Nina's written communication is clear and in plain English. We have no hesitation in approaching Nina with any given situation to seek advice, guidance and or reassurance. Wouldn't recommend. Ive rented out via them. The last tenant has caused thousands of pounds worth of damage & Unpaid rent. Smart did not do proper checks or references checks on them. Jasmine in letting has lied and mislead. I would avoid at all cost.

Jack Ottaway arranged a flat viewing. He was punctual and helpful. The letting was agreed and Jack has been handling this matter right through. He has good communication skills and we have been advised of every step. It’s plain he has used his own mobile and we think Smart Estate Agents, as a professional firm, should provide this vital piece of kit. Finally it’s an inconvenience that Smart appear to be unable to take card payments over speech Comms. In all other respects we have been satisfied.

It's £75 to list, £60 for a sign, £50 for a premium listing on Rightmove and £50 for a floor plan. Plus we used a professional photographer from snappr for £159 so £394 for everything. I haven't even been going in the house with people, I have just hidden all the valuables and just given them hand gel on the way in asked them to explore themselves and that I will be waiting on the drive to answer any questions. Excellent service from start to finish

We couldn’t recommend SMART enough! They have been amazing through our (very long!) selling process. Lisa and Mitch worked so hard to continually push our property and made sure we were kept in the loop at all times. There was no silly question we could not ask them, they have been amazing and so helpful. We had previously used 3 other estate agents and not one of them did what SMART has!
