I accepted an offer on my property on 20th February 25, I instructed Knights to act for me on the sale - the sale completed on 31st March 25 (5 weeks from acceptance of the offer). I was pleasantly surprised by how promptly Knights got this over the line. They were efficient, responsive and communicative - I was kept updated throughout the transaction.

Despite a number of e-mails (spanning from the 5th July to current date 19th July 2024) to enquiries and an identified person in this so call "professional service " for a certified Deed of Variation or advise on the subject matter; no one had the decency to respond to our solicitor e-mails or my e-mails and, as a result, we have now lost the sale of our property. We now had to resort writing to media parties and our local MP Sir Lindsay Hoyle highlighting our experience and the stress this matter has placed on us.

I can't speak highly enough of the conveyancing team who took care of the very difficult purchase of our rental property. The purchase was made difficult by reasons beyond their or my control but communication and professionalism was evident at all times. I should also state, despite being a PLC company, the staff who dealt with my purchase communicated in a friendly and helpful yet thoroughly professional way at all times. Very approachable and the staff had a 'nothing too much trouble attitude' throughout this extremely difficult purchase. Thank you very much, I won't hesitate to use Knights PLC in the future.

Outstanding & dedicated Professional Service. Buying a New Home with all the conveyancing complexities over new land builds, Knights excelled in their knowledge of what was needed to ensure smooth transition. At a late stage our buyers pulled out - 4 days before completion. The house building group brokered to part Exchange meaning everything needed to complete in a 4 day window. We did complete and thanks goes to Knights and the House Build Conveyancing Team alongside who all worked tirelessly to achieve very tight deadlines. Definitely worth using a highly professional Team who know the ropes in all aspects of conveyancing - I am so relieved we went for them.
