We were advised to use Ian Peach by the estate agent who was selling my late mother’s property. Very good advice!. Ian during our first meeting came across as a very calm professional who put us at ease in a difficult time. From the start he gave us sound advice. He dealt with our buyers conveyancers who were utterly incompetent in a very professional manner.He and his team got the job done with all the speed possible.Thank you. I was referred to Knights Professional via my estate agent, which felt like it could go either way. Fortunately I was assigned Scott Oakley as my solicitor, who was diligent and thorough in what turned out to be a more complex than expected first time home purchase. Communication was done in a timely fashion and anything I didn't understand was patiently explained without ever being condescending. I am also confident in how invaluable his diplomatic skills were. I was extremely happy with how much work was put into my purchase and glad to see that although he was a Trainee during the buying process, in some final emails since he has been made an Associate. I would happily hire Scott again and have recommended him to any friends looking to start the home buying process themselves.

I knew Shanjan who referred me to his colleague, Joseph Galpin, regarding my immigration inquiries. First Home Purchase

We changed over to Knights for our first home purchase, due to our original solicitor closing. The service we have received has been nothing but amazing, really great communication and everything was explained clearly. As we had a LISA we had to reprocess the deposit from the exchange, and Tia sorted everything for us whilst constantly updating us. Within a few hours of contacting Knights, Tia had sent me through all the digital documentation, which was really easy to complete, and got the ball rolling quickly.
