As it seems every property transaction has to be driven through the clogged up, bureaucratic system, completing a purchase or a sale on a timely basis requires constant chasing and pushing and a solicitor who is willing to do this. Jamie Noel provided just such a service for me and was willing to constantly chase an indolent solicitor on the other side. For this alone, I would strongly recommend him but he also handled the whole, complicated set of transactions with diligence and efficiency and was readily contactable and kept me well informed.

Sam at Knights has been genuinely perfect in helping us with our recent property sale and purchase. Incredibly helpful, insightful and, I think most importantly, calm! Every complication and hiccup outside of our control, he dealt with promptly and smoothly. And whilst we obviously have zero plans involving moving house again anytime soon, should we need a solicitor again, Sam would be our first choice.

We had direct dial and email access to relevant members of there team and were proactively kept informed of who was covering what aspects our of our transactions. All advice was timely, high quality and they took time to explain any aspects that we were unsure about. Overall an excellent experience and we would 100% recommend.
