Everything went very smoothly until just before exchange and completion it became clear that certain documents had not been requested from me as the seller. I had to deal with the matter as a matter of urgency. However, I would like to highlight the excellent service provided by Daniel Wilson in the final weeks of the process. Daniel ensured that exchange and completion took place smoothly on the same day, and made sure that everything was in order. It would appear that Daniel had to make up for some negligence on the part of others at Knights, and for this I am very grateful indeed - hence the 5 stars, which are for Daniel.

Knights handled my house sale as it needed a company geared up for a marital split. Kyle Spivey was the solicitor assigned to deal with the process.I found Kyle really easy to work with and the entire process was very straightforward, he kept me informed and offered good advice throughout. The sale successfully completed yesterday - given that my onward purchase (being handled separately with different companies) has got very messy, it was nice to have the sale part of the entire process go smoothly.I'd recommend Kyle - and Knights - if you need either a general or more tailored experience. Thank you.

Very pleased with the help we received from Knights Plc when purchasing our new home, Debbie Commons was very much on the ball along with Abbie Broadbent who helped with ensuring all relevant paperwork was completed within the right time scale.We had been kept informed of all relevant information of what was happening along with the concern of exchanging on the same day as completion and what could happen if things went wrong, fortunately we exchanged 2 days before completion, we found the Knights Plc team very professional and would recommend them.

This is the third time I've used the conveyancing team, led by Jamie Noel, at Knights. They are prompt, accurate, thorough and really understand what's going on at all points of the process, no matter what weird twists and turns it takes. I recommend them to anyone who will listen - usually with the sentence "You know how you usually are in despair with your solicitor by the time you've bought the house? Not these guys!".

The most awful agency I have come across. Very unprofessional Money greedy. I am wodering where they get 83% positive feedback from. They bring in young unprofessioal with little to no experience of customer service. You don't even understand what they say most of the time. The owner is known to be a money greed person... everything all the people withone star saying about this company is true and the ones given 5* i wonder if they are family and friends. It took them 11 months to sell a property of ours. they charged us for the mistake and their own misunderstanding. They changed resources 4 times. when made a complaint they said they stop everything. they promissed they look in to the issue but it was all a lie. they lie easily, they are misleading, they are unprofessional, they are conning, they are untrustworthy, they are just a horrible solicitor firm.... should be avoided at all cost.

I was lucky enough to have Alex M deal with the conveyancing on my flat sale. As well as being friendly and personable, she was extremely efficient and kept me regularly updated throughout the process. I had a few bumps in the road with a tricky buyer but Alex handled it all brilliantly as was able to keep me calm as well as get the job done. I really couldn't fault her. Thanks Alex - you're an absolute gem.
