Sammie Clegg did a through and highly professional job of supporting my partner sell her house and our purchase of our new home together. Sammie is very diligent and responsive, very calm and resourceful and gets stuff done - which is incredibly reassuring when faced with a stressful property market and all of the pressures that go with it. Would highly recommend.

Charlotte Goodson and Sharon Dube were amazing in steering a very complex multiple client chain to completion where we were the end of chain clients. They explained everything clearly, communicated regularly and responded to emails/telephone calls very quickly. Out of hours work and non-standard liaisons across the chain were undertaken routinely without concern. I would wholeheartedly recommend them both and the Knight's brand to friends and family. A job very well done!

Ian Peach, the solicitor who managed the conveyancing and Samantha Kidd who worked with him, worked together seamlessly and were always approachable, accessible, responsive and helpful. Ian's advice was extremely clear and straightforward. When issues arose, he maintained a sense of proportion and suggested ways forward that were effective. He also made helpful suggestions about ways in which we could exert pressure when the process needed to move faster. We were very pleased with the service he provided and would highly recommend him and his team.

AWFUL!!! I am a private investigator with 17 years experience in Family Law working with Family Law specialists. My partner had a great Solicitor called Peter Hardy who worked for Langleys. Knights bought Langleys and Peter left. We got this awful solicitor called Natalie Wiles who gave my partner very bad advice in his divorce advising him to sign an undertaking that I knew would damage him and allow the other side to delay massively. My partners ex is very controlling. Something that Peter Hardy had recognised. Natalie Wiles was them very slow on correspondence and has put my partner in a really bad position. I managed to get hold of Peter Hardy at his new firm and he is now having to mop up the mess Natalie Wiles and Knights PLC have caused!!STAY AWAY from knights at all cost. If you want a decent extremely experienced solicitor then contact Peter Hardy at JGQC in Nettleham Lincoln

A truly awful experience (Leeds branch). We sold my Mum's flat to a cash buyer. My Mum is in a home so the flat is empty. Pretty simple transaction but not for Knights. It took over 9 months, they don't listen to a word you say or things you ask. They treated the transaction as if it was something they would do if they had a bit of spare time. When you deal with them it is easy to forget that they are supposed to be acting on your behalf and that you are paying them to do this. They don't listen to you and just tell you all the time that this is their process. They live in the "dark ages". If they were a normal commercial operation they would have lost all their customers by now and gone bankrupt. Avoid at all cost unless you want a very long, protracted, painful experience.

I was very glad of the experience that Rachael Burrow and assistant Dagmara Blachut brought to the recent sale of a property. I felt well supported throughout the process. Ms Burrow was very quick to reply to queries, anticipated problems and explained the process very clearly. I would strongly recommend her and Ms Blachut at Knights.

Worst solicitors I have ever heard of and experienced. Thankfully not a direct client of theirs but they have the delayed our house sale that much that the whole chain may now collapse and the chain is so short. They give constant excuses, no real answers, cause delays after delays and have no empathy for anyone in the chain. Anyone thinking to use this company, should run 100mph in the other direction.
