Charlotte Goodson and the team were fabulous in getting our new build purchase completed in 5 weeks to comply with the builders short timeframe. It was essential that things were thought of in advance as we were travelling for the whole time on an interrail holiday with limited access to the Internet. Charlotte worked to make it as seamless as possible and was always available to answer questions we had. She (and the team) made the whole experience stressless and it was the easiest house purchase that me and my wife have ever made. Based on this experience, I would tottally recommend Knights and in particular Charlotte. Thanks team Charlotte.

Being a first time buyer, buying a house was new experience for me. I was given the details of Knights (formally Coffin Mew) amongst a short list of other companies recommended by the New Build homes developer. I chose Knights because of their competitive rates and prompt response, as well as being a recommended solicitors in association to the new build company I was buying with. Charlotte has been my solicitor throughout the process and I am really pleased the service and level of communication. I have heard stressful stories from people I know going through a house purchase and their solicitors taking a long time to action things or reply to emails. I never once had this issue. Charlotte and her team were very responsive, I always heard back the same day to any email I sent. Whenever there was new information or development through the process they would ring me immediately to inform me. I highly recommend them and would contact Charlotte again in the future if I needed to.

Sammie Clegg did a through and highly professional job of supporting my partner sell her house and our purchase of our new home together. Sammie is very diligent and responsive, very calm and resourceful and gets stuff done - which is incredibly reassuring when faced with a stressful property market and all of the pressures that go with it. Would highly recommend.
