We had a card from the postie saying that we had a letter with underpaid postage. We duly paid the excess (£1.50) only to find that it was a circular from this company. Not impressed.

I would not recommend this business in any shape or form. Sales advisors gave very misleading information on a property and this behaviour continued through the transaction. Details were passed to a 3rd party without our permission. We should have listened to the many warnings about this agent.

GoogleThis is not a review of all staff, those showing properties and answering calls are generally very polite, professional and pleasant. However I was disappointed with the way in which the manager, Adam dealt with an offer I made on a property. I left the transaction feeling like Francis & Louis had a complete lack of respect. They rudely preempted the outcome of a very fair offer. An agent for sellers, not buyers!

Our experience with this company mirrored the other negative ones. Poor living conditions. Bullying attitude by the owner Adam. We also had to go through DPS who refunded our full deposit. Avoid. The positive reviews are fake including one from MAdam himself.

GoogleFrancis louis pushed hard for a sell and completion of our property and they did it in unbelievable time (during one of the busiest times in market history) whilst maintaining high standards of professionalism all the way through. A friendly team that goes above and beyond. I can not recommend this company enough, by far one of the best estate agents I have ever had dealings with and would definitely use them in future.
