we have rented through many estate agents over the last 20 years but Cooksley's go above and beyond to make sure that tenants are well taken care of and that the rental properties are kept to the highest standards, the office staff are all very approachable and very friendly and always ready to help with any issues, we have rented two properties from them over the last ten years and can honestly say that we have no complaints at all. They are top notch and i would recommend them to anyone looking to rent or buy a property.

After moving to Exeter and contacting numerous Estate Agents, Cooksleys were the only ones who regularly kept in contact with me. When they promised to call or email me they did. I picked the house after a first viewing with the lovely Sam, who reminded me to look at the small things such as water pressure etc, Mark showed us around the property for a second measure up viewing. This was the second time I had met Mark, the previous property wasn't suitable for us but the viewing was informative. Once I had chosen the property I was then in touch with Kym in the office, she helped me through the paperwork and processed our application swiftly and even met us slightly earlier than opening time as we were from out of the area & she managed to get us into the property 2 weeks earlier than I expected. Since we have found the need to use the services of Nicola the manager of the maintenance of the properties, she has been efficient in resolving a few snags that we had & has kept us up to date with progress. I have now been with the company for 12 months and have found them highly professional in every dealing that I have had with them. During Covid they have kept me updated on servicing, PAT Testing and essential maintenance that required completing. The contractors they use if there are any issues are also first class and a pleasure to deal with. 10/10 for this Company, reliable, efficient and a friendly bunch to deal with through one of the most stressful times a family can have.
