GoogleI have known and used Duncan many times in the past and I can honestly say he is a refreshing change to the stereotypical estate agent! He is honest, reliable and will always give the best advice. If you are looking to buy or sell then I would thoroughly recommend Duncan and his team to anyone in the Exeter area.

GoogleHighly recommended! We were selling our rental in exeter ( we were living 4 hours away ) so it was crucial we picked the right agents. They made the sale so smooth and were there to answer any questions. They gave good advice and the whole process went through pretty quick. Communication was amazing and we were updated throughout. GoogleTerrible service and communication. Was left to wait for 45 minutes at a property with a toddler, after being told that we would be collected for additional viewings from there. No show and when we called was told the agent that was meant to be collecting us was the other side of Exeter. Would not recommend either selling or buying a property through this estate agency. Very poor management and service.
Dear Chris, We did make a mistake with timings for which we are sorry. We phoned to try and deal with this and apologise, however all we were greeted with was abusive language and insults. We wish you all the best in the future and sorry for running behind schedule.
