GoogleI had a problem with the lock on my door yesterday (on a Sunday) so I called the emergency number that it tells you to call when the business is out of hours and was asked to send pictures across in an email to Nicola. Within the hour a locksmith was at my house. Thank you for getting it sorted for us as quickly as you did

The two individuals we dealt with, Jasmine and Duncan were easy to deal with, straightforward and intuitive. They understood our position straight away and were highly effective. GoogleWe cannot fault Cooksleys in the slightest. From the initial meeting, to marketing photos and all throughout the sale process they have always been on hand to help and answer any questions we had. A special mention must go to Jasmine who has been absolutely fantastic to deal with. Nothing was ever too much trouble and she genuinely cared about getting us through to completion. We are absolutely over the moon and are so glad we chose Cooksleys. Fantastic team.
