GoogleWe have just completed the purchase of our first home and Cooksleys were fantastic throughout! Jasmine, who oversaw our house purchase, was great! She responded to emails quickly and was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. She also made sure we were updated throughout the process with anything that we needed to do and ensured that our house purchase was as smooth as possible. Highly recommend Cooksleys:)

GoogleDespite the best efforts of our solicitor who seemed to bury her head in the sand for a week or 2 every time someone tried to communicate with her, Cooksleys relationships with the other parties' solicitors meant they managed to persevere keeping us up to date with the other parties information and the progress of various easements required enabling a long and complicated sale reach a successful conclusion. GoogleCooksleys is an organisation that is well run, and you can tell they really care about their work. I am a tenant in one of the houses and have been for 4 or 5 months now. All communication has been in depth and clear, we were made aware of all procedures for contacting different people to fix things etc right from the beginning. The tenancy pack was thorough and professional, the itinerary was up to date and complete. They have always been quick to respond to any questions or queries and their customer service has been second to none. I would highly recommend Cooksleys to manage your property or if you're a tenant to give you an excellent lettings experience. (I'm sure the sales side is also great but can't comment from experience!)PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleFrom the moment Duncan valued the house I knew I was in safe hands. He was refreshingly honest, kind and efficient. Despite this being a complicated sale Jasmine communicated clearly and honestly with me at every step and always got back to me on the day I called. I loved the fact that the team is small (4) and everyone was well informed and attentive. Excellent all round.

GoogleI've rented a Cooksleys property for a year and a half now and have enjoyed consistently speedy, friendly, and helpful assistance. Even when I write about minor, non-emergency issues, I always get an immediate response and useful advice. They keep me up to date on any visits to my flat and on the progress of any ongoing work at the property. One good example of excellent customer service: Earlier this year, the lock to my front door unexpectedly stopped working properly and I ended up locked out of my flat one morning; they sent a repairman to replace it during the day and I was able to get in once I returned from work that evening. I always get the sense that they remember me and care about me, and am not just one of many faceless renters.
