GoogleDuring the viewing, the agent just sit in the living room and asked me to view the house by myself. She was not prepare for the viewing and I was given false information for the property. e.g I asked if the fridge and washing machine are included esp when it's written in the handbook it's included. At first she said no but then changed her mind and said yes they are included looking at the handboook. Then I go straight to the office and asked for the online application and submitted within the same day, not to mentioned I done my viewing at like 10am so probably the first person who done the viewing. BUT I haven't heard back anything from them after a week, no email or call and as soon as I called them, they said the property is let already and they have informed every applicants but me ! Absolutely terrible customer services, and lack of training for new staff.

GoogleTerrible service and communication. Was left to wait for 45 minutes at a property with a toddler, after being told that we would be collected for additional viewings from there. No show and when we called was told the agent that was meant to be collecting us was the other side of Exeter. Would not recommend either selling or buying a property through this estate agency. Very poor management and service.

GoogleWe experienced the best service especially from Daisy. She was so proactive which we needed due to lack of communication from our Solicitor. Without her we don't think completion of our sale would have happened. We can't thank or recommend Cooksleys enough.

GoogleI spoken with them on the phone on Friday and I explained them my situation. They agreed meeting on Monday. When I went there, didn’t even got the chance to say a word, they looked at my face and told me off. Please avoid if you’re not British. They are very racist and also made me take a day off from work to ruin it.

Sorry that you are upset that the landlady will not allow you to rent the property, we misunderstood your enquiry on Friday and thought it was for 2 and not 3 adults. The landlady of this property has specified on this property either a professionally couple or a small family. If we had understood it was for 3 cousins we would of explained and not wasted yours or our time arranging this appointment yesterday. We are in no way racist as more than 50% of our tenants are from outside the UK as you can see by our previous review this was from a satisfied tenant who is Eastern European. Unfortunately at the present time we do not have anything large enough to meet your requirements but if anything comes on in the near future we will give you a call.
