Cooksleys Exeter reviews

First time moving into a flat, I really didn't know what I was doing. Mark was on hand when I viewed the property and was very professional as it is during the lockdown to stay outside whilst we viewed and had abti vac on the stairs, was very helpful to answer questions whilst outside and keeping the 2 metres. Then I bombarded Kim with lots of of questions which she must have heard a billion times before but was very helpful. As well as phoning Kym I also emailed and she was so prompt at replying always within a couple of hours but mostly even less! I did not expect how responsive they have been and would recommend to anyone wanting to rent a property through them😁PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

The team at Cooksleys have been incredible - particularly Kym who has been my point of contact. Kym replies to any queries really quickly and really understands and appreciates what a stressful experience moving can be. I feel she has gone out of her way to help me, where some agents I’ve experienced have acted like I’m doing them a favour by renting from them. Nothing has been too much trouble for Kym and she’s been friendly and lighthearted at the same time as being very professional. Just what I have needed at a stressful time. I have asked her some stupid questions and she’s never made me feel stupid! I would highly recommend Cooksleys to anyone looking to rent.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

I couldn't be happier with the service that I received from Cooksleys. The photos looked great. I had viewings booked in pretty instantly and I was always informed of the potential buyers position. I received feedback after each viewing for which I was grateful. I was soon under offer at price higher than I thought would be achieved. Communication between myself and my buyer via Cooksleys was swift and efficient. We exchanged in less than 8 weeks. I would certainly use Cooksleys again and I highly recommend them to others.

We really have a great experience with Cooksleys Exeter from start to finish. It is beyond what we would expect from an estate agency. Mark and his team (especially Kym) are always helpful, responsive and friendly. Their service is professional. Whenever we had a problem they immediately sorted it out. I know some other estate agencies that are really awful but I highly recommend Cooksleys Exeter to anyone.PositiveProfessionalism

I cannot praise the sales team at Cooksleys enough, in particular Jasmine. They have been nothing but friendly, professional and efficient with everything they have done for us with our property sale and purchase. It has been a difficult matter to say the least but nothing was too much for Jasmine, she always replied promptly and was always so understanding and kind. Would recommend them to anyone.

Amazing service! Mark was fantastic. He showed me around the property I am now renting. He did not rush me around the property and was patient with me and answered all my questions. Kym was simply great. I was really struggling to get any to get anywhere with other letting agency's. Kym was always willing to take my call, she organised everything and helped me with all the paperwork I needed and just made the process simple. Thanks for all you help!!

I have recently rented a property through Cooksleys and could not recommend them highly enough. The service given by Kym, Mark and the team was not only efficient and speedy, but also they approached things on a personal level which meant all the difference to me, given that I had been treated very poorly by another agent in the area. They went out of their way to help me get out of a bad situation and I can’t thank them enough. If you are looking for a good and honest estate agent in Exeter, be sure to contact Cooksleys.

I would like to say a heartfelt thank you to Jasmine at Cooksley estate agent’s for her fabulous professionalism and hours of chasing to enable me securing my dream home. I am certain without her skills in negotiations and communication I would have lost my purchase. I can’t thank you enough for the extra effort and time you gave to me. Best wishes and all the best for your future career.PositiveProfessionalism

I recently bought a house through Cooksleys. Great experience overall from all the team. Specially Daisy who was very kind, profesional and responsive. She kept good communication between the seller and myself, with clear updates regarding the process, answering all my questions promptly. She accommodated the view appointments when I needed, and even waited a bit longer for me to get the keys, as I was running late due to work. Recommended!

There is nothing not to like about Cooksleys! As a seller they have been fantastic, very professional and patient with me as they skilfully managed my expectations. Hats off to Jasmine and if I need the services of an estate agent again, they’re at the top of my list. We would thoroughly recommend Cooksleys. Selling our late father's property had its problems but Cooksleys (especially Duncan, Jasmine & Daisy) dealt with certain issues extremely professionally and sensitively. All in all a very seamless sale. Thank you all.
