GoogleWe found our experience with Cooksleys to be very businesslike, professional yet personal. The two individuals we dealt with, Jasmine and Duncan were easy to deal with, straightforward and intuitive. They understood our position straight away and were highly effective. We never had to say 'perhaps I haven't explained myself, what I really want is....' as so often is the case!

GoogleWe cannot fault Cooksleys in the slightest. From the initial meeting, to marketing photos and all throughout the sale process they have always been on hand to help and answer any questions we had. A special mention must go to Jasmine who has been absolutely fantastic to deal with. Nothing was ever too much trouble and she genuinely cared about getting us through to completion. We are absolutely over the moon and are so glad we chose Cooksleys. Fantastic team.

GoogleI have known and used Duncan many times in the past and I can honestly say he is a refreshing change to the stereotypical estate agent! He is honest, reliable and will always give the best advice. If you are looking to buy or sell then I would thoroughly recommend Duncan and his team to anyone in the Exeter area.
