GoogleWe bought a house via Daisy at Cooksleys as the Estate Agent. Daisy's communication and responsiveness despite her having a busy role in which things can happen very quickly. I felt at all times she was being fair with us as buyers, and the vendors. If you're selling your house, choose Daisy!

GoogleWe have just completed the purchase of our first home and Cooksleys were fantastic throughout! Jasmine, who oversaw our house purchase, was great! She responded to emails quickly and was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. She also made sure we were updated throughout the process with anything that we needed to do and ensured that our house purchase was as smooth as possible. Highly recommend Cooksleys:)

GoogleDespite the best efforts of our solicitor who seemed to bury her head in the sand for a week or 2 every time someone tried to communicate with her, Cooksleys relationships with the other parties' solicitors meant they managed to persevere keeping us up to date with the other parties information and the progress of various easements required enabling a long and complicated sale reach a successful conclusion. GoogleCooksleys is an organisation that is well run, and you can tell they really care about their work. I am a tenant in one of the houses and have been for 4 or 5 months now. All communication has been in depth and clear, we were made aware of all procedures for contacting different people to fix things etc right from the beginning. The tenancy pack was thorough and professional, the itinerary was up to date and complete. They have always been quick to respond to any questions or queries and their customer service has been second to none. I would highly recommend Cooksleys to manage your property or if you're a tenant to give you an excellent lettings experience. GoogleAfter moving to Exeter and contacting numerous Estate Agents, Cooksleys were the only ones who regularly kept in contact with me. When they promised to call or email me they did. I picked the house after a first viewing with the lovely Sam, who reminded me to look at the small things such as water pressure etc, Mark showed us around the property for a second measure up viewing. This was the second time I had met Mark, the previous property wasn't suitable for us but the viewing was informative. Once I had chosen the property I was then in touch with Kym in the office, she helped me through the paperwork and processed our application swiftly and even met us slightly earlier than opening time as we were from out of the area & she managed to get us into the property 2 weeks earlier than I expected. Since we have found the need to use the services of Nicola the manager of the maintenance of the properties, she has been efficient in resolving a few snags that we had & has kept us up to date with progress. I have now been with the company for 12 months and have found them highly professional in every dealing that I have had with them. During Covid they have kept me updated on servicing, PAT Testing and essential maintenance that required completing. The contractors they use if there are any issues are also first class and a pleasure to deal with. 10/10 for this Company, reliable, efficient and a friendly bunch to deal with through one of the most stressful times a family can have.

GoogleFrom the moment Duncan valued the house I knew I was in safe hands. He was refreshingly honest, kind and efficient. Despite this being a complicated sale Jasmine communicated clearly and honestly with me at every step and always got back to me on the day I called. I loved the fact that the team is small (4) and everyone was well informed and attentive. Excellent all round.
