GoogleWe’re first time renters and Cooksleys have been of great help. Kym and her professionalism and friendliness were obvious from day one. She was patient, answered all of our (many) questions and helped us throughout the whole process of renting. Her experience, knowledge and patience has guided me expertly through the many legislations that a Landlord faces when letting a property. Kym has ALWAYS replied promptly to my communications and has kept me informed every step of the way. A first class service from the Cooksleys Letting Team and I have no hesitation in recommending them.

GoogleI've rented a Cooksleys property for a year and a half now and have enjoyed consistently speedy, friendly, and helpful assistance. Even when I write about minor, non-emergency issues, I always get an immediate response and useful advice. They keep me up to date on any visits to my flat and on the progress of any ongoing work at the property. One good example of excellent customer service: Earlier this year, the lock to my front door unexpectedly stopped working properly and I ended up locked out of my flat one morning; they sent a repairman to replace it during the day and I was able to get in once I returned from work that evening. I always get the sense that they remember me and care about me, and am not just one of many faceless renters.
