Cat at the Ewell office

Cat at the Ewell office has been brilliant. It is very refreshing to find an estate agent that actually takes on board a sellers requests comments and acts on them. Professional and courteous at all times, with excellent time managements skills proven by the fact she always does what she says she is going to do And in her given timescales. If you are selling your house through this company , I highly recommend you ask for her personally to handle the sale for you.

We have been very impressed by the quality of the complete service received from Personal Agent in handling the sale of our home.This started with Rupert's initial visit to value our home and outline why we should choose the agency - of which he is one of the founding directors - through the partnership they have formed with two excellent teams who complete the EPC (provided as part of their service at no extra charge) and take the photos/video and then continued with their own sales and sales support team (in our case Jo and Sarah respectively). All of whom were very friendly and professional and helped to deliver a high quality of service that we would certainly use again if we moved.

The Person Agent- It does exactly what it says. It provides you with a very effective and personal service to sell your house.My wife and I had a very positive experience when dealing with The Personal Agent. After trying to sell our house for 12 weeks with one of Personal Agents' competitors,we thought we'd try Personal Agent. They Managed to get an offer on the table in around 3 weeks, of which we accepted. We subsequently have now sold our house and are looking forward to moving into our new property in the next few days.Great pictures, fantastic communication and being realistic when pricing our house, were, in my opinion, all very important contributing factors in getting the job done.If the chance ever presents itself again, I would go back to use The Personal Agent without hesitation.

Definitely the Go-To Agent!

I’ll start by saying I am a hard to please customer, and very rarely leave reviews, as most people/companies want a great review for just doing their job to be honest. Well, that’s not the case at all with Personal Agent. The guys have been absolutely fantastic in dealing with the sale of our house, and where you actually see how good a service you get from a company is when you encounter issues - and didn’t we just! Dan, Cat and Charlotte at the Ewell office have gone above and beyond to help our sale happen, and if it weren’t for them, we would have had to start the process all over again. Restored my faith in estate agents. The Personal Agent were the first to respond to my initial enquiry about selling my property. They offered the lowest rate, and (as it turned out) the best experience. I dealt with about 4-5 different staff during the course of my sale, from the viewings through to sales progression, and I cannot fault any of them. Courteous, friendly, and professional. Personal Agent equals Excellent Service

Personal Agent were recommended to me by my daughter who recently sold her property using PA and sang their praises. I thought I would try them and see if she was right. And yes she was! They were very professional and always did what they said they would do. When setting up appointments they always let me know, always attended viewings and always provided feedback. Expect fantastic service

We've lived in a rented property managed by the Personal Agent for the past three years. Not many repairs have been needed but every single time I've called or emailed the Epsom office, Michelle - our property manager has sorted the issue straight away. Last year the boiler broke down and she sent an engineer out the same day. This was really appreciated as we have a 5 year old and I can't imagine how awful it would have been if we'd had to wait till the next day.We're really pleased and would like to say a big thank you!

Ewell Branch - So Friendly, helpful and Professional.Both Dan and Charlotte have gone totally above and beyond for me whilst I am selling my late mums property. They have been there every step of the way, which has made this whole horrible process so much easier to bear. Due to their close proximity to the house they have enabled access to workmen, sort out problems and kept a general eye on everything for me, which gives me total peace and mind due to my location being over 30-miles away.If you want a true "Personal" approach to selling your property or buying from them then I would have absolutely no hesitation in highly recommending the Personal Agents.

With multiple viewings of the property before offers were made, and touchpoints during the entire process itself, the team at the Ewell branch couldn't have been more helpful.
