Hi I am in a position to rent a house with my family. We are both non smokers and need a pet friendly home as most people do that love animals like their children. I was emailed to say a property I liked would not take pets. Knowing my pets don’t bark, scratch or chew and are better behaved than my children, I called back to see if anyone could help me. Katy the property manager hears how sad I was and even after the landlord refused pets on my initial enquiry she agreed to see me. On meeting the landlord she listened and was very happy for me to have them in her home ( covered in cream carpets!) If it were not for the persistence and tenacity of Katy I would never have been able to even be given the opportunity to view. THANK YOU KATY AT THE PERSONAL AGENT! I wasn’t sure about selling the house just out of lockdown, having had 3 different valuations, but the John at Banstead reassured us that we would get our asking price and that it would sell quickly. Great photos and video were taken on Tuesday morning, we were online by Wednesday afternoon, 4 viewings booked by Wed evening, SOLD by first viewing on Thursday morning! Great job guys! We are not completed yet, but I have been very impressed by the whole team so far - John, George and Tom.

We had an outstanding result from The Personal Agent, Stoneleigh when we sold our house recently. From the beginning their marketing was brilliant and when the sale unfortunately fell through, the effort they made to remarket it and attract new buyers was excellent. Their calmness and patience throughout the process were just what we needed during the stress of house selling/buying and special mention must go to Andrew Burn and Cat Mahoney who offered invaluable, professional advice and optimism from the start of the process to the finish. I don't think you could find better service anywhere.

When we put the house on the market we had 5 different agents value our house. They were all very good, however Richard from The Personal Agent impressed us most. Sensible market price (what we thought, not bumping it up to impress us) that made us feel confident of a quick sale.Everything happened on time, photographs, marketing of our house, viewings etc.The house went on the market on the Thursday, viewed by 7 people Friday/Saturday2 offers Monday morning. House sold! Kept up to date by his office as to how the chain was proceeding.
