GoogleNot happy about the way they tried to inflate the purchase price of the house I bought.
Hi Paul, am I right that you purchased a property through us back in 2021? I can only assume that the reason you have decided to leave a review 2 years on and annoyed about the purchase price of your property, is because you have now come to refinance or sell your property and the current valuation is lower than the price you paid two years ago. I would like to remind you that in 2021 house prices had increased considerably throughout the Country for a number of reasons... Covid, stamp duty holiday, lower interest rates... Unfortinatly my small, family run estate agency does not have such impact on the housing market to be able to accept responsibility for the inflatiom of house prices during that year... but thank you for leaving G.R. Estates a 3 star review, it is completely undeserved and I would kindly ask that you remove it.
