Megan rang me with updates on a regular basis or even just to let me know the Isn't any updates so you don’t feel like you’ve been forgotten about. Any query I had they chased up and got back to me straight away. I had a very fast sale on my house and I put this down to GR estates, I would recommend to anyone wanting to sell or buy a property.

GoogleMassively helpful throughout the whole process of buying a house. It was like having yet another adviser on our side trying to keep it speedy and push both sides' solicitors to keep going.
I would often get news from G.R. Estates way before my solicitors bothered to tell me. We were also in a situation where we needed the purchase completed by a specific date. They really helped mediate and figure out a date between us and the seller when our solicitors at the time were deeming it too early to even think about that (it was not). This made the whole process go way smoother because by the time the solicitors were ready. Both parties had already decided thanks to G.R. Estates.
