GoogleAbsolutely delighted with the service we recieved from GR estates. Very professional, knowledgable and friendly service. The team are very enthusiastic and committed to providing expert help and guidance. A fraction of the cost of bigger agents but certainly no different in the level of service delivered. Would highly recommend to anyone.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism, Value

GoogleWe had decided to give G.R.Estates a try, after a friend of ours recommended them to us. We are so glad we did, as their professionalism, attention to detail, care and compassion was a 5 stars experience throughout the whole process. Natalie, our Sales Progressor, made sure we were fully updated from the sale agreed day, until completion day. Thank you all once again.

GoogleWe instructed GR estates to sell our property from the very start the process was so simple. The photos were so professional and the sign at our house was very professional. We had viewings within days and the staff worked tirelessly on our behalf. Nothing was too much trouble for them I could phone them 24/7 even on a weekend. We got our asking price and GR made the checks and everything before we proceeded. I would definitely recommend them for their professionalism, communication and work ethic on our behalf.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleSarah from GR Estates is the nicest and most helpful letting agent I have come across . She was so knowledgeable regarding the area and the property . I have felt so rushed and pressured when dealing with other agents but Sarah gave me plenty of time to really take in the property . If I ever need to use an estate/letting agent again I would definitely get straight back in touch with Sarah at GR estates . Thanks again SarahPositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleAfter dealing with many estate agents over the past few month and getting the feeling that some of them are encouraging sellers to enter bidding wars and unaccept offers after already accepting, to benefit themselves. We felt that numerous others didnt really care about the buyers side of things due to the demand in the current climate. From the moment I spoke to G.R they were helpful, efficient, understanding and I felt that they had the interests both the sellers and us as buyers. The girls have been a breath of fresh air so far, and even though this is only the start of our house process I feel happy knowing we will be going through it with G.R Estates!PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism
