GoogleFrom the very first time I met Vikki, she made me feel at ease and gave me lots of information and assured me she’d be there every step of the way. The house has only just been listed however she got a viewing even before it went on the market. Even if it doesn’t sell, it won’t certainly not be due to a lack of trying from Vikki and the team!

Fell in love and the viewings were great too. Very helpful. Simone dealt with my sale and her communication was fantastic. She text me most days keeping me updated and also called. GoogleMy wife and I have a couple of investment properties which are managed by G.R. Estates. We could not be happier with their service and have complete peace of mind knowing our properties are in good hands. We are currently in the market for another property and have been shown a few properties by G.R. Estates. The level of service cannot be matched and they will bend over backwards to accommodate their clients (we live 5 hours away). Whatever we end up buying will definitely be managed by this company.

GoogleI would certainly recommend GR estate agency, they got a buyer for my property in less than two weeks and for more than asking price. They are extremely professional throughout, keeping me well informed regularly at all stages, they are extremely good at their jobs and would definitely use their services again in the future. GoogleI cant say enough about G.R, Estates. Megan made a fabulous video, Lee kept me up to date and is so professional and Vicky was also very pleasant and informative with information. GoogleAbsolutely fantastic service from the whole team at G.R.Estates. Extremely quick and efficient service. Vikki provided a valuation and created a gorgeous advert, Megan arranged viewings and took offers on our property and provided great advice. Natalie is now dealing with our sale progression after our house sold in just three weeks. Trustworthy estate agency who I would definitely recommend.

GoogleVicki came to value our parents house and advised us to go to auction. We were a bit unsure but Vicki explained it really well and we decided to go to auction. GR Estates still advertised the house for us and did viewings on our behalf as the house was empty. We were kept up to date at all times with phone calls and emails and follow up calls after viewings. We sold the house in only 5 weeks which we were over the moon about. GoogleGreat start but then it came to highly stressful and anxious conclusion. Selling my home with GR estates concluded awfully which in part was due to the poor communicative abilities of the staff who chose to constantly argue when mediation was needed between buyer and seller. As a result matters got very tense. At the end when we managed to get the sale through they didn't even have the courtesy to advice on how and where to drop off the keys as they are an online agency with no office location leaving me to drop off with a mutual friend of the owner. Left with a sour taste at the end which ruined a happy move and sale. REPLY TO GR Estate: you may be mistaken but I received no key handover instruction from GR Estate. it was only when I reached out to you that you messaged at 9.30pm at night an address 13 miles away to post the key through the letter box. On the other hand the estate agent of the property i was moving into did courteously give me a ring earlier in the day to provide clear key collection directions. I did not receive the courtesy from GR Estate and hence feel very let down. Its quite an anxious feeling to still be in possession of keys of a house that's no longer one's liability and with no idea of a safe handover process which i doubt the buyer would be glad to hear about. I hope you take the lesson to ensure this does not recur with a future seller as it was a rotten conclusion to the sale which you still dont want to learn from.
Hello Olayinka, unfortunately communication broke down due to the manner in which you spoke to staff, which will not be tolerated. To date we have had no issues at all in relation to key release & collection. You were informed of the address to drop the keys however it was unacceptable to expect a staff member to meet you at the property at 9:30pm to collect the keys from you. You were given additional time to move out of the property and therefore were asked to post the keys through the letter box of the address given. You have left furniture in the property which the new owners are now having to remove. Throughout your selling journey with G.R Estates we have accommodated your contact late on an evening, on many occasions staff members have responded to you in their own time. GoogleCannot recommend G R Estates enough if you are looking to rent/sell your house. I’d been thinking of selling up for a while as I soon realised I needed more space and had already found my dream home. I Messaged Vikki Catterson to come and value my property and take some pictures. That same night my advert went live and within hours I had multiple viewings. I had regular contact with Megan and the amazing team at G.R. Estates and my house was SOLD within 48 hours and for above asking price!!! (Bonus)! Thank you 😊
