The staff could benefit from improving their communication and customer service skills. There seems to be a lack of coordination, as we were asked the same questions multiple times. Additionally, the tone of the interactions felt quite aggressive. I believe that attending a customer care course could be beneficial for the team. Having dealt with many people and services over the years, I feel that some training in this area would greatly enhance their service.

The whole journey from start to finish has been smooth, interactive and very professional. If I was ever to move again, I would use them, but for now, I will just recommend them! 5*’s, fab agents, Colubrid are the guys!

GoogleGreat dealings, I would recommend all day long Colubrid Estate Agents. Great things are for great people, at first I was not convinced but now no other Agents can be compared. My property was rented at the actual rent rate and within a short period of time, kudos. Please however, if you want to rent your property without any hassles, do not hesitate to use Colubrid Estate Agents. The difference is clear.

GoogleIt's an absolute shame to have to say that despite accepting an offer 10th of Aug and then revising the offer on 14th Sept nothing much has progressed. We have to continue to chase and follow up with the estate agents and the purchaser to complete the required documentation and initiate other aspects of the buying process. The sale progression team does not answer the phone and quite honestly there does not seem to be a purchaser checklist that the estate agent follows to ensure that the purchaser is in a position to start the process once an offer is accepted.

GoogleFantastic from start to finish Originally my house was on sale with a different estates (who were rubbish) Josh had originally come to value the house and remained in contact with me the whole time the property was with someone else. Josh assured me that given the chance he could sell and had people wanting to buy. When the time came to put the property on the market with someone else I didn’t hesitate to give Josh the chance. True to his word he arrange a bulk viewing day of over 50!! Viewings and I excepted an offer a few days later. Unfortunately that offer didn’t make it but again another bulk day was arranged with another 50+ viewings and the property was sold. The whole process from start to finish was very smooth and I loved the online portal where you can see at what point your at. If your looking to sell I can highly recommend these guys who will actually sell / market your property and not just put it on Rightmove.

GoogleAndrew sold my house for me and it was so quick, professional and efficient - no stress at all and I was in France when he did it all. Their communication and updates on what is happening was outstanding. He marketed it really well and got me a full day of back to back viewings and 5 offers from that (15 viewings on 1 day from 1 week of marketing). Sadly the offer fell through but he got it straight on the market again, another full day of viewing and it sold again. Really pleased I was amazed how quick and painless it was for me especially being out of the country. I had be dreading it because many of my neighbours and friends selling at the time were having a poor experience. I decided to use them as they bought a different energy to the process than the run of the mill large high street chains that I had previously had really poor experience with. I highly recommend and again want to say thanks so much

GoogleWow wow wow! I honestly couldn't recommend them enough. Through every stage and steps of buying our first home the Colubrid team were outstanding! It's such a stressful time buying a house especially when you're a first time buyer like us and it was so easy and completed in 10 weeks. The portal platform enables us to keep track of our progress, see what contact they'd had with advisors and solicitors. I would 1000% recommend Colubrid to anyone I know. Thanks again. I wouldn’t recommend this estate agent to anyone. The service throughout was incredibly poor and unprofessional. I was laughed at by a member of staff when I asked for a simple update, and on another occasion was told, “you don’t pay our bills”, a shocking response from a company supposed to support you through a major life event.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
