From start to finish Colubrid were absolutely fantastic! I initially met with Andrew Mutlow; one of the business owners and had a very great customer experience with him. He was able to work with my budget and I had a great commission fee arranged. He remained accessible and approachable during the conveyancing process. The photography for my flat was arranged promptly and my listing was uploaded within the agreed time. Although I only received one offer for my flat, I had an offer accepted within two weeks of my flat been on the market. With regards to my viewings, I handled this myself but Colubrid were great in facilitating the bookings. Josh was very helpful and kept me up-to-date with phone calls and emails. Josh was a good conduit between myself and the buyers to help get the offer as close to my asking price as possible. The sales progression team were second to none, Charlotte did an absolutely stellar job in ensuring all lines of communication were open between my solicitors, the buyers, and the buyers solicitors. My solicitor was absolutely appalling and made the experience excruciating for the chain. Charlotte was constantly on my solicitors tail, phoning and emailing my solicitors to try and get things moving. With the hurricane of the conveyancing, exchanging late and having a late completion on a Thursday evening because of issues that my solicitor presented, Charlotte remained on the ball and I am so grateful for the help that was provided. I can’t individually name everybody that played a part, however everyone that I interacted with was great and I will definitely use Colubrid again, and I would definitely recommend the services. I’m now sitting in my house, and I can breathe again.

The whole team have been amazing, Andrew, Josh, Bradley, Taylor and Maya have been a pleasure to deal with. They managed to sell our house within 12 days of it going up online - amazing! Both myself and my son have had houses sold with Colubrid Estate Agents. They are polite and courteous and go above and beyond to meet the needs of their clients. My house was sold within three weeks as was my sons and Colubrid managed to achieve much higher than the asking price for him. I would not hesitate to recommend this company. I want to dedicate this review to Maya Singh from the Stanford le hope branch. Maya was wonderful right from the start I don’t think she will remember but I still remember my very first interaction with her. I have been house searching for a while and have sometimes not had the best experience with agents but she was so welcoming, helped me understand the location I was looking at to purchase my property in as it was a new area to me, she gave me that sense of peace and I instantly knew I could trust her and the company with my future purchase. I went and viewed a property and met Maya for the first time, again Maya was very accommodating, helpful and talked us through whatever questions we had. The fact that Colubrid had already arranged approximately 14 viewings the day after we decided to put our house up for sale was impressive; the photographer could probably have saved himself a job as our buyers didn't even see the advert! That being said, he did do a fantastic job of showing our house off and all of the things we loved about it, and wanted others to see too! All of the team are fantastic but Maya probably deserves a pay rise - from our flexibly unflexible availability (meaning she had to work all the evenings and weekends to accommodate our needs) to the constant communication both formally and informally: I can not fault her work. Thank you for answering my crazy questions and for working with my sketchy availability!

Do not use this company, they're lying and corrupt. Told me I was tied in for two weeks when infact it was 16 weeks, contract was in pen and he clearly added bits in there when he left, they reduced my house on Rightmove without consulting me. Amazing service received from Colubrid. Our property was marketed exceptionally well. We really liked the way they advertised our property and conducted the viewings. Time was spent on taking the photos which turned out fab (thanks Andrew). All in all our house was sold within a week of it being advertised for over the asking price.
