Sam and Lewis thank you so much! We’re very grateful for your help throughout the process of buying our first home. You’ve been always on point and fast replying to all our queries, between lenders and us, or simply answering our questions about the property. We do recommend you to our friends and family who are looking to get a new property and to everyone who’s interested in buying in a fast and smooth way. You’re the best!

We had a great experience with Clarknewman Estate Agents and couldn’t be happier. Sam and Lewis are exceptional and went above and beyond at every stage of the process. Their knowledge, professionalism and experience meant that we successfully sold our house in just 4 days after it coming onto the market for significantly over the asking price. Communication was outstanding throughout. Regularly updating us on progress and always responding quickly to our calls and messages. As a result, we felt comfortable and well informed every step of the way. We really appreciated their integrity and honesty from day one. We knew we could trust that we were in good hands. We are forever grateful to both Sam and Lewis for making the process so easy. Clarknewman are without doubt the best estate agents in the area and we and wouldn’t hesitate to highly recommend them to anyone.

Myself and my boyfriend brought our first house through Clarknewman. We had no idea what we were doing but Sam, Lewis and the Team were amazing. They talked us through the process, answered all of our questions and helped us to liaise with our solicitors to get the whole process completed. The team ensured to keep us updated frequently by phone and email. I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you all for everything!

I bought my first home through clarknewman and would highly recommend them to anybody looking to buy or sell a property. Lewis and his colleagues were professional, proactive, and incredibly helpful at every stage of the process, even when I, as a first-time buyer, was probably asking silly questions sometimes. Honestly in a process which can, by its nature, at times, be uncertain and frustrating Clarknewman's reliability, friendly approach, and advice was absolutely invaluable.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

We started with another Estate Agent which didn’t work for us. We switched to Sam & Lewis (Clarknewman) and immediately felt at ease. Our house was sold within weeks and they were always available to support us through the process.
