GoogleClarknewman are very professional and extremely helpful. Several members of the team assisted seamlessly to keep my sale and purchase moving forward. I'd highly recommend their efficent service and personable team. Following the viewing of a property we liked, Sam at Clarknewman stepped in to assist us with selling our existing home. He efficiently planned and booked viewings for a Saturday, while we went shopping. Of the 4 booked viewings, 2 offers emerged, and we accepted an offer. All the way through the contractual stages with solicitors, Clarknewman maintained contact with all parties, providing reassurance, and keeping proceedings moving forward in a pragmatic way. I'll certainly seek their services for any future move.

GoogleThe boys at Clark Newman are a cut above the rest. They were recommended to us, and I genuinely wouldn’t use another agency to sell our home. Although our place fell through at the 11th hour (unavoidable) they were exceptional from the point of instruction to it falling through. Sam initially came out to our place in Newhall, they took photos exactly how I’d asked them to, they listed the house the same day & lined up viewings within hours (which resulted in multiple offers) they communicated better than any other agency I’ve known, sales progression was great & even when it fell through, they didn’t make us feel badly for all the work they’d both put in. Sam and Lewis, the world needs more estate agents like you!! Keep doing what you’re doing boys.

GoogleHaving used bigger estate agents in the past, I really wanted to use a smaller agent who could offer me a more personalised service. I was struck by the enthusiasm of Sam & Lewis who have made the whole selling process a real breeze. From their visit to value the house to getting offers only took a week and I was very happy with the price they achieved! They are genuinely lovely people who went above and beyond what I expected of them. They really want to do their best for you and have great local knowledge. I cannot recommend them highly enough and would not hesitate to use them again.
