Can’t express my gratitude enough to Sam and Lewis throughout our home buying experience. Multiple times during the purchase journey, communication was a problem with our solicitors but this got picked up by Sam and kept us informed throughly at every chance he could. Sam and Lewis were friendly and very approachable with any queries we had and I could definitely recommend buying from their estate agency as they made our experience a lot better and put my mind at ease a lot. 5/5 without a doubt.

I would like to say a big thank you for the experience I have had with your team. I have been on the hunt for a property for several months now and have had a lot of knock backs. Your staff Tamara Jacimovic, not only listened to my needs and requirements but went above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. She displayed professionalism and empathy and was polite from the start which is rare nowadays as a lot of agents are so formal and rush-rush to the point they forget what good customer service is. Furthermore, the communication has been on point. Tamara kept me informed of viewings, timings, rearrangements, landlords feedback and still updating me regarding referencing. I am pleasantly surprised as no other agent had ever called back or replied to my queries, I thought that this may be the norm now. After interacting with Tamara I felt I had to reach out and let you know that Tamara is an asset to your team. From being a first point of call, to meeting in person, representing your company and your clients/landlords/properties, she is what the average customer/tenant is looking for to help find their new home. I would like to add that I am awaiting referencing to clear. So regardless of me being successful or not, I would not be forgetting the professionalism and kindness Tamara has shown.
