We rent a flat in Park Court, not through Clarknewman, but the flat below us is managed by them. After over 10 days of a leak from our flat and three failed attempts by our own agent to find the source, a Clarknewman plumber was finally allowed to inspect, and he found the problem within 15 minutes! Paul Wood, one of Clarknewman’s Directors, stayed in regular contact and handled everything professionally and efficiently. Without their help, the leak could still be ongoing. Really impressed with their service and proactive approach.
