Our property was view for valuation by Tim Ross by appointent. He came prepared with similar properties on the market and gave us an honest opinion based on current market, condition and saleability. Nick Barnett dealt with us throughout marketing, offers and through to exchange/completion. He kept us fully informed by email and phone and we built a good raport with him knowing he was acting in our best interests. He was a good negotiator with our buyers balancing our requirements and expectations of the buyer. Karl Matier acted for Nick when he was off and was fully aware of the current state of play and made some key phone calls/decisions that enhanced or position. Even after exchange Nick kept in touch with us and was the first to call on completion date. Tim Ross also called to congratulate us. Could not ask for better team work and honest communication. We found the Esher office of Savills excellent. The initial inspection ,followed by marketing advice , by Karl Matier ,was thorough and honest. The photographer was very skillful ,and thus the Particulars prepared showed the house to the best advantage. .Marketing was held up to suit our required timescale ,but as soon as we were ready the property was on the market very quickly. Hannah Sullivan dealt with viewings and saw the matter through to completion very efficiently. Unfortunately the buyer's lawyers were a nightmare to deal with at various points and if it had not been for Hannah and our own very expert conveyancer we could have given up and let the property out instead. Savills are not the cheapest but,as with many things, you get what you pay for.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
