Recently moved house at a very challenging time due to the current lockdown . Lauren was unbelievably helpful in ensuring first of all that we found a property at very short notice even though we couldnt view it in person & then in helping us through the move process while we were overseas . She sent us a very comprehensive video of the house and answered all of our questions extremely promptly whatever the time of day or night . We love the house and are very relieved that we were able to move when so many other people haven't been able to do so .

We let a number of properties and have used most of the High Street agents over time, for a 'fully managed' service; the agents' ideas of 'fully managed' are not all the same, no matter what they charge. Without any reservation I can report that Savills do the most professional, thorough (and energetic!) job for their Clients, whether selling (thanks Karl) or letting (thanks to Charlotte and her brilliant team). No other estate or lettings agent has ever been as active, or as careful in addressing the sort of detail that makes the difference, as Savills.

The Savills Team in Esher including Lauren, Charlotte and Ashley were absolutely brilliant - so personable, friendly and consummate professionals. It took us a long while to find our ideal home, and their patience and understanding was amazing. Even though it was only a rental, we were moving from a very special home and wanted our next move to be equally special. Lauren really understood the type of property we were looking for and only showed us properties that were really relevant to our search. Once we found our idea property, they liaised with the landlord's agent to secure the rental and negotiated the terms of the contract. Their service support continued long after handing over the keys and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future.

I recently sold a property using Savills in Esher and I could not recommend them more highly. Nick managed everything and I could not have asked for more. They gave great advice when negotiating the sale and had a great knowledge of the local property market. At one point we lost our buyer but Savills were able to find us a new buyer quicker than I could have imagined. When dealing with the legal side of the sale, they were proactive and constantly chasing up any bits and bobs that were holding things up. Strongly wish to recommend the excellent levels of service we recently experience with Savills, Esher office. Initially dealt with the lettings whom were hands-on, professional, responsive and clearly had the best stock in the local area comparable to other agents. Actually, we liked one rental option so much we switched to purchase. Problem though, we had less than 4 weeks to complete/exchange. Karl Matier (Director) worked non-stop, late nights, weekends, responsive, nothing was too much and without his level of capability in all areas this would not had been achieved and exemplary display of estate-agent expertise. Had previously dealt with almost all agents in Esher, some fair, one awful, but Saville is the leader of the pack by some distance. Our daunting task and stress levels to put a roof over our young family’s head in a short space of time became less of worry as my confidence Savills would solve it.

We approached Savills after a relocation from Pittsburgh, USA to Esher. Lauren Braithwaite was extremely helpful and showed us around several rentals the next day. She worked extra hard to make sure everything was in place for a move in date of early January 2018, which was impressive due the the busy Christmas period. We would highly recommend Lauren and her team and would definitely use them as a first contact for purchasing a future home.
