Even though there were other agents closer to our home, after meeting Hannah we chose Savills Esher office to sell our house because we liked their approach, which felt much less commoditised and more personal than others'. From the moment I first spoke to Lauren from Savills on the phone, her professionalism really shone through. My tenancy wasn’t the easiest to complete as I was moving back to the UK from abroad and didn’t have a lot of the commonly needed documents to secure a rental, but Lauren and her team worked super hard to get it across the line for me and made it happen. We have recently purchased our home through Nick Barnett at Savills Esher. Nick was the key person in making this happen. The process of buying a home can be full of stresses and can take a long time. However, Nick was brilliant in constantly making sure all the different parties concerned were communicating and he was pivotal in making the whole experience run as smoothly as possible.
